I can safely say that the Lost Valley DLC is something that enriches Solasta to the maximum. The game feels way better now with every upgrade this DLC brought. The multiplayer dungeon experience is like a breath of fresh air too. But one question stands, how long does it last?

Let’s find out.

How Long Is Lost Valley DLC – Solasta Crown of the Magister

Let me quickly explain how much does this DLC bring to the whole game experience.

It brings a whole new campaign from 1 to 12 levels that takes your party into the lands of the Dominion. Here you will have to battle against the long lived tyrant named Orenetis.

This adventure features:

  • Escape from the Valley and choose which faction to side with in a highly replayable non linear story
  • Tons of new enemies like Golems, Hags and Giants who do extreme amounts of dmg and are very tough to take down
  • The new co-op update which allows you to play with up to 4 people in the original campaign and the Dungeon makes too
  • The new Subclasses

New Subclasses:

  • The Commander – Fighters that bolster the offense and defense to their allies in battle
  • The Hoodlum – Rogues who can tank and rely on brute force instead of intrigue
  • The Oath of Judgment – Paladins that deliver justice and purge corruption on their way
  • The Mischief Domain – Clerics of Misaye who burst with good luck
  • The Court Mage – master Wizards who excel at protecting allies with arcane powers
  • The Swift Blade – silent, sneaky and deadly Rangers whose hobby is assassinating high priority targets
  • The Haunter Soul – there are Sorcerers who have a connection with malevolent spirits, having the use of horrifying magic
  • The Path of Claw – dragon like barbarians who are very powerful (Primal Calling DLC needed)
  • The Circle of Balance – Druids that are good at giving and nurturing life, as well as taking it away (Primal Calling DLC needed too)

New Dungeon Maker Content:

  • 4 new environments – Jungle, Swamp, Valley Palace and Valley City
  • New monsters – all the monsters from Lost Valley can be used
  • New Quest System – you can add some quests as custom adventures to give to specific players with lots of rewards and items
  • New Dialog System – make your dungeon much more rich and alive with adding all sorts of random dialog choices
  • New Custom Loot Table System: Create your own loot tables for chests and monsters to control what the players get!
  • New Custom Loot Table System – you can create your own loot tables for chests and monsters. Now you control what the players will get as a drop

The campaign by its own is about 20 hours long, roughly. It has tons of fresh and unique experiences that can offer a lot, like mentioned above. The new 9 subclasses add even an extra layer to these hours making it even more rewarding and different than before, especially for your character builder.

Beyond the new locations, enemies, and subclasses, in these 20 hours you will have a very different type of adventure. Your party stuck with that very charismatic tyrant and your way to finding home is a true joy. A very fun and interesting DLC indeed. Have fun completing it and it can be as long as you want it to be! As long as you are having fun.
