The Talos Principle 2 features a lot of mind-boggling puzzles that will absolutely test your cunning, and you will need to take your time to solve most of them without getting lost along the way. Among these puzzles is the Sphinx’s Star within the Flooded Valley region. It’s a fairly straightforward puzzle, and here is a quick guide on how to complete it!
Flooded Valley Sphinx Star Puzzle Solution
If you look at the Sphinx monument right outside the hub area you start in, you’ll find an engraving at the side that shows three different X marks over a map. These are the locations that you have to go to.
First off, from the monument, run straight north towards the tower. Cross the bridges until you reach the entrance of the tower.
Then, instead of entering it, turn to the right and head towards the small island across the water.
On this island with the large pillar, you will find a statue with a switch at the bottom. Turn this switch on and the first step to completing the puzzle will be complete.
Next, trace back your steps to where you came from, as the next switch is directly to the south of the island, across deep water.
Once you make it back across the bridges, turn left and just run straight forward.
Keep running in this direction along the shore until you find another statue with a switch at its base. Turn this on and you can now proceed to the third and last marker.
The third X on the map is relatively far, so you may want to check the engraving once more. The final marker is on the southernmost corner of the map slightly to the west.
From the switch that you just turned on, run south along the shore once more until you reach a small path across the water. Cross this short land bridge and continue running directly to the south.
Still using the shore as a guide, keep running along the water somewhat following the compass straight to the south.
Eventually, you will find the third and last statue right beside the shore, hidden behind some trees.
Once that’s completed, just follow the road leading out of the statue and head back to the hub area. You should be able to make your way back to the Sphinx monument with ease from there, where you can finally pick up the star.
