The Talos Principle 2, just like the game that came before it, has a lot of both simple and complex puzzles that require a lot of brainpower to complete. Among these is the Prometheus Star in the Flooded Valley – Prometheus Monument area. It’s an easy one to complete, though there will be a lot of running around involved when doing it. In fact, running will pretty much be the only thing you need to do for the most part!
Flooded Valley Prometheus Star Puzzle Solution
First off, you will want to start at the area marked with the number 4. From the entrance of this building, just turn around and you’ll find the blue sprite a little to the left. Touch it to begin the puzzle.
Upon touching the sprite, it’ll start flying around for a bit and move out. Follow it to the east. From here, it will proceed to the shore and start flying south along the water.
Keep following it along the shore until it turns to the right. Once it goes to the right, it will start heading toward a crossroad.
Rather than following either path of the road, it’ll fly southeast, right through the middle of the crossroad’s two paths. Keep following it into the forest and you’ll eventually reach a clearing with the railway over it.
Keep following it southeast and it’ll stop right beside the shore. Upon touching the sprite once more, it’ll head through deep water into a small island.
Although it may seem too deep to follow, you can actually safely run toward it through the water, as there will be a very shallow path leading toward the island.
Simply make your way there, ensuring that you’re on the shallow part of the water at all times so that you can reach it in a safe manner.
Once you touch the sprite, it will move through more shallow water and make its way to a monument to your right. Touch it one last time and you will have done it, the puzzle is now complete!
That’s pretty much all you have to do in order to complete this puzzle and get the Prometheus Star. It is incredibly simple as all you need to do is follow the sprite around, though you may get lost if you aren’t paying attention!
