With every patch in Dota 2, comes a whole different set of heroes. Literally, every little change they go through, makes it a whole different experience to play with them.
Rubick has had a lot of changes from its first entrance inside Dota 2. With 7.31b it will enjoy a couple of more changes making it different and much harder to understand than earlier. But for me, he will always be the best support. Let’s see what is the best support build for him.
Best Rubick Soft Support Build in Patch 7.31b – Dota 2
So Dota 2 as we know has a lot of support classes. Some might hate them, some might prefer to play them. But the harsh reality is – you can’t win without them.
Everyone has their own personal favorite, and i made my own list about who I enjoy the most and I think is the best as a support class.
- 5 – Keeper of the Light
- 4 – Shadow Shaman
- 3 – Mirana
- 2 – Skywrath mage
- 1 – Rubick
There can be tons of arguments about this but Rubick is the best of it all. He can come as a true support in almost every type of situation no matter the enemy team combination. There are so many good supports, but Rubick – is all of them.
Some people might say that the winrate is against him, and they would be true. But that is because Rubick is not an easy hero to play as, but if kept in the right hands, he can make even the worst of situations into a walk in the park. Just steal the correct ultimates.
With the new update Rubick is even better now.
- Rubick can steal 2 spells (with scepter) – Rubick is slowly turning into Invoker. Get ready for the biggest stun cycles ever.
Here is how to basically level up your Rubick. Of course if you are an experienced Dota 2 player you will know how to modify it and experiment with it depending on your situation. So just take this with a bit of reserve.
When it comes to items, the same old items that are played even years back, they still apply to Rubick. The biggest thing in my opinion is of course the Scepter. Especially now that is buffed in Rubick’s hands.
