There’s a lot of miniboss in Fontaine that will give you hidden achievements in Genshin Impact, like Chassanion. If you’ve met one of them before, these giant Fontemer Abberants are no jokes, but each of them also give you 5 Primogems for first kill. Without further ado, here’s where you can find the miniboss Chassanion.
Chassanion Boss Location
Chassanion is a jellyfish miniboss similar to the other miniboss in the new region that you may have met, Mageblade Corrouge.
Chassanion is only available after finishing Search in the Algae Sea World Quest inside the Tower of Ipsissimus as shown in the image below.
The tower will still be in the same spot as before, just underwater. Go in from the mid-level to head down to the lower level and the boss will spawn.
Interesting to note, Chassanion is not visible unless you’re within battle range. And like most underwater Fontemer Abberant this size, they come with special mechanics. Use the new Octopi Xenochromatic power to charge the bullets that Chassanion shoots to repel them back to it.
Keep doing this and it’ll be an easy win against the miniboss! You’ll get a Precious chest and an achievement. That’s how you can find and beat the Chassanion miniboss in Genshin Impact.
