BLACKOUT is a Roblox dynamic looter shooter game where factions dominate. In this game, you’ll gather weapons and materials to adapt and survive as you complete given tasks.
You will be able to find crates in some areas around the map, and it is important for you to know how to lockpick.
In actual games, the number of lockpicks you have can be limited. If you ever mess up, it is likely that you will lose the lockpicks. This is why you’ll want to perform this task in only one try successfully.
Easy Lockpick Guide
To practice lockpicking, hop into the tutorial mode. This is because the tutorial is free, and you can practice lockpicking as many times as you want.
First, you’ll want to start a conversation with the Broker after you log in. He will then give you a mission in the area with the crates.
Move towards the right and you will be able to see some stairs. Once you’re on the next floor, move toward the left and you will see a door. Break the door and you’ll be able to go inside.
Inside, you’ll be able to find a First Aid Box. It will give you three items: a Trauma Pad, a Medkit, and a Bandage.
Next, slide through the door inside and now you’re in the area with the lockpicks. In the room, you will see a black bag, containing 2 lockpicks.
Next, go to the safe and press the interaction key (E on PC).
A menu will pop up, letting you lockpick the safe. When you click [A] or [D], you’ll rotate the lockpick left and right, respectively.
As you do this, pay attention to an audible clicking sound. When you hear it, try to locate that sound (it’s likely to be in a cone, see the image below as an example).
Then, press [F] to try picking. If it doesn’t work, keep moving the lockpick back and forth until you find the exact location. The safe will then open and you can pick up the items inside.
That is how you can lockpick in Roblox Blackout! Keep practicing and listen to the clicking sound. The better you are at locating it, the more likely you are to succeed at opening safes. Remember to practice in tutorial modes since the lockpicks are unlimited and you can practice as often as you want.
