Just a simple and not very well-known little fix that might help a lot of players with these issues.

Are you one of those players that have been enjoying Dread Hunger in the alpha version without any issues, and then when you finally convert to the Stable version you are unable to start the game?

Update Epic Games Launcher

Even though you might not be running Epic Games Launcher, try updating it. For a lot of players when they start experiencing some problems like these up above, updating their EGL to the latest patch seemed to have fixed it. It might sound weird and funny, but really it does the trick when it comes to making Dread Hunger work without an issue.

If you are experiencing some more problems, you can give these a try too:

• Verify Integrity of Game Files

• Install the latest Game Patch

• Update your Graphics Driver

• Temporarily disable Anti Virus programs that might be interfering with the game

• Make a clean Boot of your PC and detect some unwanted malicious malware

• Repair corrupter game files
