First of all, let’s go over the basics and most common routine. Once you are stuck, you equip your mighty Pickaxe and start digging away the dirt around the boat. The problem is that this won’t over and save you every time. It can happen that you too can get stuck next to your boat with this method.
You can grab your trusted Hoe and go to the lowest point that you can stand next to your boat. You can do this even while inside your boat. Now proceed to just level the ground around. This is gonna make freeing your boat risk-free. The Hoe will level the ground beneath your character’s feet, so it will work always.
If your boat gets stuck on a small patch of land next to your sea base, or maybe on some rocks you will have to wait for a while for the water to rise. Sometimes you can dig it with a pickaxe. The best way is to build a beam in the bottom of the water around your boat. Make sure the beam comes above the water level and attach a platform to this beam.
Pull out your Hoe and start leveling the ground underneath the boat. You can continue to build these platforms like a bridge, and just make the whole water much deeper than it originally is.
Leveling the ground around your Sea Base can make everything feel much more natural and beautiful. So it has a beauty element to it as well.
