Forging is one of the ways in which you can craft some really strong Gear. But how does it actually work? In this guide, we will help you familiarize yourself with this gameplay mechanic.

Complete Forge Guide
In essence, Forging is a system that allows you to upgrade the gear you have into better versions. You can forge gear by accessing the Forge Shop on the map.
Keep in mind that you will need to be at least Prestige 2+ to be able to access the store. So, this means that the Forge Store is meant to be for players who are more advanced in the game.
You can take Gear that you have and Forge it into better versions. You can do this by taking the Gear to the shop and Forging it in exchange for Forge Tokens, which are displayed on the right side of your screen.
Keep in mind that you can’t forge all Gear. Here are some examples of Gear that you cannot forge:
- Default Gear
- Event Gear (e.g. Easter Gear)
- Medic Gear.
If you try to upgrade said Gear, you will receive the following error. So, if you ever want to be sure, you can try Forging it at the Forge Shop.
Additionally, you can only obtain some gear by forging. Currently, you can find only two Gear sets that you will be able to forge.
Savage Demise Gear Set is the first one, which you can upgrade to MKII for 85 Forge Coins.
Secondly, we have the Gold Hunter Gear that you can forge into the Explosive Hunter Gear with 85 Forge Coins.
It is likely that more Gear will be added to help expand the number of Gears you can get in the future.
How To Get Forge Tokens
You can obtain Forge Tokens in two ways. Purchasing them through Robux may seem like the most apparent way, but we suggest you avoid doing so.
Instead, you can get Forge Tokens by completing your Weekly Quests. You can get about 5-10 Forge Tokens from each quest.
With some time and grinding, you should be able to Forge the gear you need with relative ease!
