The world of Shadovia is vast and players will find themselves constantly exploring what the game has to offer. After all, you can get lost doing so many things and will often need to travel across vast distances.
In such cases, having access to mounts can be a time saver. Not to mention, they also look extremely cool and can be fun to collect.
In this guide, we will show you how to get all the Mounts in the game. In this way, you can choose whichever one suits you depending on the situation and how hard they can be to get. Let’s dive in!
How To Get All Mounts
We will be looking at a total of 6 Mounts that you can get in the game as of this moment. Each of these mounts has a unique obtainment method.
Before we proceed, I’d like to preface that I’ll be mentioning a couple bosses of the game. So, if you’re not 100% familiar with them, make sure to check out our in-depth guide on all bosses in Shadovia – which includes their locations, requirements, how to spawn them and more!
Slime Mount (Slime Ball)
Starting off, we will look at how you can get the Slime Mount. It is actually the easiest Mount to get. You can get it by doing the questline from the Grumbles NPC, who is a wizard you can find in the starting Village.
You will need to fight off some Slime enemies and will also get the opportunity to get some Mage Items.
Once you finish the questline, you will get the Recipe to craft the Slime Ball. Visit any Blacksmith (you can find one in the same village) and check out the requirements. All you need is x4 Slime Chunks that you can get by defeating the enemies.
Craft the Slime Mount and now you can use it to your heart’s galore. It is actually a very good Mount as it allows you to triple jump and even use a dash attack!

Horse Mount
Next up, we have the Horse Mount. There are two ways that you can get it, with one being purchasing it with Robux. However, we will be looking at how you can get it by playing the game.
Starting off, you want to make your way to the Upper Desert, that can be found by going deeper into the Desert area.
The moment you enter the Upper Desert area, you will notice there is an NPC on your left by the name of the Desert Merchant. Go and interact with him.
Interact with him and you will see that there are a variety of items that you can purchase from him. However, you should be interested in getting the Horsecaller Whistle item, which will cost you 50K.
Once you have this item, you can use it to automatically equip the Horse Mount. The Horse Mount has a kick move that can be used to deal damage, alongside a speed boost that makes it go extremely fast!
Drako Worm Mount
Next up, we will look at how to get the Drako Worm Mount, which can be a bit difficult to get since you will need to rely on luck and grinding.
You can craft it by combining the following ingredients:
- x1 Drako Egg
- 10% chance to drop from defeating Adult Drako Worm in Upper Desert (1 per Chest).
- x1 Friendship Rock
- Chance to drop by defeating Stone Golems in Brimstone
Both of these ingredients can be very tough to get since they are very rare. So, we recommend that you take a Luck Potion that you can Cook by visiting any Blacksmith.
Once you have all the items, visit the Blacksmith and craft the Mount there.
For more details on how to craft the mount, make sure to check out our dedicated guide on getting the Drakoworm mount!
The Drako Worm Mount is extremely useful when you need to farm the Giga Golem in Brimstone, since it is immune to lava.
You might want to bring along this Mount when you’re farming trying to get the Divine Katana in the game.
Bat Mount
The Bat Mount is an extremely cool glider that you will want to get your hands on. Not only does it look cool, but it can also be used to fly large distances. There are two methods you can use to get it.
The first method is by farming the Lord Pectra boss that you can find at the Graveyard. However, we strongly suggest that you do not try this method, as it is extremely grindy.
The Bat Mount has a very small chance to drop, meaning you might end up spending all day.
Instead, we recommend that you get it through the second method, which involves purchasing it with in game currency. Starting off, you will need to go to the Elf Shrine area on the World Map.
After that, make your way to the house marked below in the Elf Kingdom.
Inside this house, you will see an NPC Seller by the name of Diamante.
You can purchase the Bat Ball item from him for 250K. It might seem a hefty investment at first, but it is worth it considering the hassle you’ll need to go through with grinding.
Equipping the item will grant you the Bat Mount Glider!
Sleigh Mount (Possibly Time Limited!)
The Sleigh Mount is the fastest mount that you can get in the game. You can get it with two methods too, with one of them being simply purchasing it with Robux. We will be looking at the second method that involves getting it in the game.
You can craft the Sleigh Mount at the Blacksmith with the following Recipe:
- x300 Jolly Ingots (obtainable from Grizzclaws Boss)
- x33 Candy Canes (obtainable from Grizzclaws Boss)
- x300 Snowballs (obtainable from snow puddles using Shovel)
In case you didn’t know, there is actually a strategy that you can use to get 1000 Snowballs in Under 10 Minutes.
Since you will need to grind the Grizzclaws Boss for this Mount, there is a chance that you only have a limited time to get it.
This is because it is not certain that the Grizzclaws Boss can actually be spawned once the Winter update is over.
So, we recommend that you get your hands on this amazing Mount while it is still available! The Grizzclaws is just one of all the Bosses that you can come across in the game.
He can be spawned using the Grizz Spawner. The recipe only requires x45 Snowballs.
Wolf Mount
Last, but not least, we have the Wolf Mount that you can purchase for 399 Robux. Currently, this is the only way in which you can get it, as there is no in game method available yet. You can use it to do all sorts of skills, which includes Bite, Howl and Spin!
That’s everything you need to know about getting all the Mounts in Shadovia. As you can see, each Mount provides its own special features and advantages that you can use in a variety of ways.
Each obtainment method differs in the skill that you will need to utilize. In particular, we recommend you get the Sleigh Mount as it may not be available for much longer!
