PVP can be intimidating but with the right amount of knowledge, you can get started with it easily. Of course, there’s nothing that can beat practice and time played but it’s great to know a few things first. Here are some tips on how to play PVP in the game.
Learning Your Kit
In Roblox Bedwars, there are a lot of kits that you can use to play PVP. Some of these kits are better than others though and you’ll need to know what they are.

There are a ton of kits out there, so just pick one and try to master it. You’ll have a lot of other things to learn so learning 10 kits at once won’t do you any good!
Height Advantages
When you go through the Bedwars PVP, you might have noticed that all the players keep making towers with blocks.
Then, they’ll jump down and attack the players below them. That’s because attacking from the high ground gives you a better chance to land the first hit.
It’s not only the high ground though because being close and lower than a player then jumping and attacking them is also viable.
Being lower than the player and hiding behind terrain or blocks is a great way to attack. That’s because the blocks or terrain obscures them from attacking you if done right.
So, when you’re fighting in PVP use both height advantages to keep the enemy on their toes. Don’t be predictable and just use one way of attacking.
Mix it up a bit and you’ll be landing free hits and combos in no time.
Aiming Helps
There are different weapons in Roblox Bedwars, some of which are ranged weapons that require you to aim. Most of your kills will be coming from your swords though and aiming with a sword is crucial.
When an enemy is very close to you then you won’t need to aim as you’ll just need to swing the sword and it’ll hit.

This can be great for dealing the first blow against enemies who don’t know how to aim. This is also crucial for when you’re fighting with veterans of the game, since you won’t be at a disadvantage. Train your aim even with a sword to consistently land your hits.
Clicks-Per-Second
When you’re starting in Roblox Bedwars, you’ll probably spam your right-click to attack with your sword.
This might work against most players but if you want to be better than the rest, then you’ll need to know about CPS.
That means Clicks-Per-Second and to make it consistent you’ll need either hardware or software.
There are Mouses out there that have macros that you can set up, so that you can just hold the left click and repeatedly input it.
You can even set it up to the right CPS if you want. If you don’t want to buy a new mouse, then Auto-clickers or Autohotkey scripts may work as well with a little bit of research.
The sweet spot for CPS depends on your Ping and the performance of your game. Make sure to experiment with it and see what the best CPS is for you to do the maximum amount of damage.
To Jump Or Not To Jump
You might have noticed that some players always jump around when they fight others in melee. This is a tactic that is viable depending on your Ping.
When you have high ping in the game it’s best to jump around so that you don’t get into a combo from a player with low ping.
Jumping with low ping can cause the opposite effect as it might throw off your aim if you jump so much.
Some players are used to that but for beginners, it’s best to stop jumping everywhere if you have good ping.
Ping & FPS
The last thing that you’ll need to know is that having bad Ping and FPS can impact your gameplay. If you have low FPS or your game stutters, you’ll have a bad time.
The game will lag and players who don’t have this problem can still attack you while it’s happening.
Make sure to increase your FPS by playing on low settings, closing background applications, or upgrading your rig.
Bad Ping can be the worst of the two since it has a higher impact on gameplay. Make sure there are no other programs that are using your internet when you play.
Also, remember to play on servers that are closest to you and if you’re using a VPN that will increase your Ping.
The best Ping is around 150 or below while normal ping can be around 150-250. If you have more than 250 Ping, then you’re going to have a bad time.
