To earn this trophy, you need to kill all 3 High-Ranking members of St. Leopold society in scene 6.
We will guide you how to find these members and execute them and earn yourself the No Survivors Trophy.
No Survivors Trophy Guide | All High-Ranking Members on Long Island – Vampire The Masquerade Swansong
- Execute Chiara Favarone the Clinic Manager
Upon exiting the main elevator, go down the stairs and turn left until you see a double-door. Enter and proceed further to the door at the end of the hallway.
This will lead you to the clinic.
There, turn left to enter the Hazmat suit locker area. Get the Hazmat suit by inspecting one of the blue lockers. Use code 1-4-9-2.
Put on the suit and enter the clinic manager room located in the same room. After disinfecting yourself, proceed inside and select “Take implant”.
A cut scene will play. The clinic manager will tell you to fetch The Cerebellum from the cold storage room. Take the access key card and the organ reference. Exit the clinic area.
Important: Take off the Hazmat suit by interacting with the locker before exiting.
Upon exiting the clinic area, turn directly left to the door where there is a single guard standing. Enter the door and proceed right until you find another door. That is where the cold storage room is.
Enter the door by swiping the access card. Here, you will need to get Security Key and The cerebellum.
The security key is located on the right shelf by the door. Take the key.
Next get The Cerebellum. It is located at the end of the cold storage room, second last shelf on the right.
Inspect the shelf, and get The Cerebellum.
Return The Cerebellum to the manager at the clinic area. Put on the Hazmat suit again and enter the clinic manager area and select “Set down cerebellum”.
After a cutscene, interact with the clinic manager and select “Take Implant”. This will execute your first High-Ranking target and get you Chiara Favarone’s red implant.
Take off the Hazmat suit and exit the clinic area. Proceed to the main elevator area to update your implant to Chiara’s red implant.
- Confront and Execute Joseph the Treasure Department Manager
Next, go to the library to confront Joseph. The library area is through the double-door in the middle.
Upon entering the area, there will be a cutscene. You need to get Joseph out of the library.
To do this, change the temperature in the library by inspecting the temperature button on your left side.
Scan the implant and then change the temperature setting.
Proceed left to enter the main library area, turn right and enter the door with the green lamp above it.
Confronting Joseph has a win or lose mechanic. You need to win in order to execute him and take his implant. During the conversation, there will be options where you need to answer his questions.
First, select Don’t answer.
Second, select Let’s move on. This will trigger the confrontation.
You only have 2 miss allowed for this confrontation or you will lose. Follow this step to win the confrontation.
The first confrontation stage, choose They’re trying to destroy us persuasion option.
Second confrontation stage, choose He would have so much to gain from it… presence option.
Third confrontation stage, choose Defend psychology option. This will result in a tie and lost you a stage.
Final confrontation stage, choose Convince him it’s the right thing to do presence option.
This will win you the confrontation with Joseph.
Then, an option will appear whether to kill him or spare him.
Choose Kill him and Take his Implant.
Now you have successfully executed 2 High-Ranking Members. The final target will be located on the last room you have yet entered.
- Execute the final member Elle Gallagher
Head back to the central elevator and enter the only door you have not enter (left side door upon exiting library area).
Go down the stairs, turn left and enter the pyrolysis room. There, inspect the pyrolysis buttons.
Use the Security Key you got from the cold storage room to unlock the button and press the red button.
This will activate pyrolysis protocol and execute your final target.
After the pyrolysis complete, enter the chamber and take Elle Gallagher’s red implant.
With all 3 High-Ranking members dead, you now earn the No Survivor trophy. We hope this guide helps you!
