Grinding stats like reputation can be a bit annoying in some games especially when you finally max it out and realize it wasn’t worth it.
All that time and resources are valuable, and you’ll want to know where you use them. In Pet Simulator 99, there are a lot of different merchants in the game that offer a bunch of different items. Of course, some merchants are better than others!
In this guide, we’ll show you which of the merchants in the game are worth increasing reputation for. You’ll get to buy all sorts of high-value items from them, so let’s see which are the best!
Is It Worth Repping Up The Merchants
In Pet Simulator 99, when you go through the different areas in the game, you might find some merchants around. These merchants sell you items and each one have certain items they sell that can help you out a lot.
SIDE NOTE: You’ll need to do a lot of buying if you want a high reputation from merchants. Here’s a detailed guide on how to farm diamonds for that!
Merchant Reputation Mechanics
When you go up to a merchant and interact with it, you’ll see many items they’re selling. At first, they won’t sell that much and that’s why you’ll want to increase your reputation.
To increase reputation, you’ll want to buy from them. Each purchase will increase their reputation and the more you have the more items they’ll sell. That means you need to know what merchants are worth buying from over and over again!
Merchant Rankings
There are only a handful of merchants in the game right now. Luckily, most of them have great deals for you. Here are all the merchants ranked from the best to the worst and what they can offer you!
- Advanced Merchant – The best merchant to increase your reputation with. They can have some great deals like 2 Spinny Wheel Tickets (4.5k Gems) and Tier 4+ potions and enchantments. At Reputation Level 5 you get a chance to buy the Golden Fishing Rod!
- Regular Merchant – Another great merchant to increase reputation with. You can get some great potions and enchantments as well as fruits like Rainbow fruits.
- Traveling Merchant – This merchant can sell you some high-value items, the only problem is that you’ll need to find them. This is the only merchant in the game that moves around and won’t stick to one place!
- Garden Merchant – One of the low-priority merchants to increase reputation. You usually buy the Diamond Plant Seeds or Potion seeds.
- Dealer Merchant – Unlike the other merchants this one is where you can sell your items. The prices aren’t that great though and selling name tags seem to be the best deal.
Those are all the Merchants in Pet Simulator 99 and whether they’re worth increasing reputation, or not. So, go out there and maximize those reputations!
