Pet Simulator 99: How To Reach Max Rank (Update 5)

Perhaps the biggest update yet, Pet Simulator 99 has received not just new biomes and pets, but also a new max rank. Achieving this are going to get you a lot of rewards. This guide won’t just be great for the max rank, but also for any level of rank you’re in!

We’ve previously covered how you can rank up fast in general. This time, we’re going to discuss specifically on the final push to max rank. Let’s go!

How To Reach Max Rank – Update 5

The max rank right now is Rank 18, Hacker (as of Update 5). Different people may do the ranks differently, but the higher in rank you go, the more time-consuming are the missions.

• Unlock as many areas as you can first before going for Rebirth 3. This allows you to get all the upgrades and buy the most expensive eggs first. That will help you breeze through the stages again at a much faster pace.
• After Rebirth 3, take your time unlock new areas. Drop that Comet or Coin Jar in the first few Areas to fasten the progress.
• Rank missions are especially easy with the latest eggs and the availability of Areas to unlock. This is because there are missions where you have to “unlock new area” often.
• Aim for the last two missions that give you 3 or more stars.
• Obby missions are typically time-wasting since they only give 1 star.
• These are some key areas that you might find useful for your missions to collect stuff (check Biomes list for more details):
  • Free Claim Areas: Diamonds (3, 32, 78), Potions (17, 83), Enchants (21, 88), Items (24, 90)
  • Vending Machine Areas: Potions (6, 35, 47, 64), Enchants (9, 42), Fruits (14, 26)
  • Upgrade Machines (non-pet): Potions (13), Enchants (16), Rainbow Fruits Machine (52)

What if you’re Rebirth 3 at Area 99?

This might be a problem with a lot of players who rushed through the Areas to unlock the final Area. We certainly don’t recommend this, but if you did, put on your gamer pants and here are our best suggestions:

• Avoid “Best Area” missions especially if you’re not quite there yet with your pets. You’re more like to spend way too much time there, even compared to the Obby minigame. Unless you quite literally have to, then read the next point.

• If you have to, wear your best damage Enchants, drink the best potions, and eat all the fruits you can. The Hasty Flag is by far the best flag for any type of grinding except diamond, especially for breakables. The Diamond Flag is definitely the best for Diamond missions.
• Try to be careful with upgrade missions. These tend to be quite the Diamond-sucking missions. Are they worth the sacrifice for you? There’s no reason to rush through the rank and get diamond rewards by spending… diamonds.

Speaking of Enchants, try out different builds! There’s definitely the best mix and match out there with the meta, but you may be an F2P with no premium slots. And maybe the Magnet Enchant is not worth the potential max damage sacrificed. We’ve got the Enchant tier list for all your Enchant questions!
