As a new player in the freshly released Mashle Academy game on Roblox, you are probably wondering when the actual “academy” part comes into play. In this guide, we’ll show you how to complete the Academy Candidate Exam that will end with you being placed in one of the three academies in the game!
Complete Academy Candidate Exam Guide
All new players should do the Academy Candidate Exam immediately after spawning in. This will get your journey kickstarted by placing you in one of the three academies that you can join.
At the very start of the game, upon leaving the building that you spawn in, just turn right and follow the path until you reach a point where you have to turn left.
Basically, you want to reach the magic tower highlighted in the image below. All you have to do is follow the cliff to the right after walking past the last building in the starting town.
Eventually, you will find a ladder that you can climb to get to where the tower is. Get to the top of the tower and speak with the Ex Headmaster to start the exam.
First Part – The IQ Test
Once the test begins, you will be doing an incredibly easy IQ test. For the first task, all you have to do is click the icons until they all resemble the one at top. Click on finalize answer once that’s done.
Next, you will have to select the icons of the abilities of the Tornegus and Waters Magics. The solution for both of these will be highlighted in the image below. Just refer to it for the correct answers.
Second Part – The Maze
The second part of the exam is quite a doozy, as you will have to reach the portal at the end of a maze before the time runs out. The exact steps you need to take to find the exit are the following:
- Take a left
- Turn right
- Take the first left
- Turn right
- Take the third left
- Take the first right
- Turn right at the very corner
- Take a left
- Turn right
- Go left
- Turn right
- Turn left
- Turn left again
- Take the first right
- Turn right
- Turn right again
- Turn left
- Take the path to the right
- Turn right once more
- Take a left at the very end
- Turn right at the very end
- Turn left again
- Turn right
- Turn left
- Turn right again
- Take the first right
- Go left
- Take the first right
- Take the last right at the end
- Take the first left
- Take the first left one last time andenter the portal
Third Part – Combat Exam
Finally, you will have to fight the Exam Proctor himself in a 1v1 duel. For this one, just try your best to beat him with whatever magic you spawned with.
If you somehow don’t know how to fight yet, here are some of the basic controls to keep in mind:
- Mouse 1 – Light Attack
- Mouse 2 – Special Attack
- Q + directional keys – Dash
- F – Block
- F + Mouse 1 – Parry
- Z – First Ability (Will vary based on what Magic you started with)
Block or Dodge his initial magic attack. From here, just keep punching him to death and blocking/dodging whenever it’s his turn to attack.
Wrapping Up the Exam
After beating the proctor, you will be teleported into a different room. Here, you must speak with the Wise Unicorn. He will randomly decide which academy to send you to.
