The latest update of Anime World Tower Defense added quite a few new units and upgraded versions of existing ones. In this guide, we’ll go over everything you need to know about Young Tobi (SR+), or as he’s known in the game, Youth Obi!

SR+ Young Tobi Guide

SR+ Youth Obi has a leader skill that buffs Bright-Burning Warrior units by giving them extra damage. With that said, there are much better leader options around, and his categories are the following:

  • Ninja Warrior
  • Awaken Power
  • Bright-Burning Warrior
  • Mystic Force Eyes
  • Power of Friendship
  • Revenger
  • Youth
  • Determined Dreamer
  • Hero

Funnily enough, because of this, he can be used in a team being led by his older self. If you want to learn more about that, check out our guide on SCR+ Obito as well.

Strategies to Utilize

Unfortunately, even at max upgrades, this unit stays completely as a Ground attacker. This makes him fairly bad due to the lack of versatility.

He is also really only good against Red mobs. Anything else and he will deal very lackluster damage, even when buffed by other support units.

With that in mind, his attacks shift from different kinds of area of effect moves. At max level, his attack turns into a line AOE move that burns targets that get hit.

Despite being weak against anything where he doesn’t have a type advantage, you can still use it as a clean up unit at the back if you have no better options. Otherwise, he has a very niche use for more experienced players.
