GPO: Sulong Guide & Showcase (PVP)

A new PVP meta character has arrived?!

GPO: Sulong Guide & Showcase (PVP)

Sulong is the new style in Grand Piece Online, dubbed the Moonlit Electro, and is showing some great potential on the PVP field. Much like a lot of styles in GPO, Sulong has a wide-variety of playstyle you can try out with. We’ll expand what all the skills do and then explain how & why he’s good in the PVP scene.

Sulong Guide & Showcase (PVP)

Moonlit Electro, to put simply, is designed for PVP. It has 5 skills and 1 Ultimate move, however, it does not allow you to use any of your Devil Fruit moves. It does retain the passive properties, so you will retain the passive of a Logia fruit, for example.

GPO Sulong build.

Split your mastery between the sword/gun and fighting style mastery. Depending on which one you want to rely on more. You can have more points to allocate as the Devil Fruit will be obsolete with the Moonlit Electro.

Moonlit Electro is a lot stronger at night by looking at the moon. Otherwise all the skills work exactly the same. Moonlit Elector, or Sulong, has 5 skills and 1 ultimate:

  • Thunderous Blitz (C): The ultimate move of Moonlit Electro deals a lot of damage, perfect to end a PVP battle. But it can be dodged.
  • Thunderous Roar (E): This is an AoE move, great for when the enemy is in that mid-range from you. You can also use it to knockback enemy when they try to come in as it has a pretty quick cast.
  • Thunderous Whirlwind (R): Lifts you up and then does a wide slash around you.
  • Thunderous Tackle (T): Powerful block breaker, use wisely to extend your combos. This is also great to guard break enemies who are out of range from your M1 attack.
  • Thunderous Drill (Z): Perfect for an aerial slam when you’re on air which also breaks guard.
  • Thunderous Bite (X): When in close range, you lock the enemy in a bite animation and then hurls them forward. Easy to chain with another combo.
GPO Sulong's whirlwind.

All of the skills are easy to use and land which makes up for the lack of ability to use your Devil Fruit. You can easily chain any of the skills with your sword’s M1 attacks.

The conclusion for Moonlit Electro, or Sulong, is that it’s pretty much overcompensating the lack of ability to use Devil Fruit. It’s powerful enough to dominate the PVP field as nearly all of them have instant cast with decent range.

And that ends the Sulong guide for Grand Piece Online, or GPO, for today! Let us know your thoughts about this style! Also don’t miss out on these juicy Update 10 leaks for GPO right here!
