With a lot of games in Roblox getting regular updates, it’s no surprise that you can get a bit confused with new things being added. There might be a new class, or role added, perhaps even a mechanics you’ll need to learn.
In King Legacy, they’ve added a new system in the game where players can roll for different passives. This new system can change how the meta goes in the game so you should know how to get them!
In this guide, we’ll show you how you can get Passives in the new Update 6 of King Legacy. Now, let’s see what we’ll need to do to get them!
How To Get Passives in Update 6
There is a new Passive system in King Legacy where you get various buffs through passive skills. Obtaining these skills is based on RNG, so getting the best ones may require some grinding. It’s important to get passives as they can add to your character’s power!

Here are the steps we’ll be taking to get passives in King Legacy:
- Find the Passive Tree.
- Talk to the Passive Tree and Unlock Passives.
- Go to the Shallow in the Third Sea.
- Head to the Tower there and talk to the Mystic Bookkeeper.
- Craft Books and roll for passives!

Unlocking Your Passives
Before you go start rolling for passives in the game, you’ll want to unlock the ability first. To do that, you’ll need to look for the Passive Tree which can spawn in any map in either First, Second, or Third Sea.
The Passive Tree only spawns at night and you have to be the first person to interact with it to unlock the ability. That’s because once a person interacts with the tree, it’ll disappear.
Once you’ve interacted with the Passive Tree, you’ll be able to check your passives in the Stats menu. You won’t have any of them at the start, but the Passive Tree will give you a book to get your first one.
NOTE: Once you’ve interacted with the Passive Tree and unlocked your passives, you can’t interact with it again.
You can have a lot of different passives though. There’s a high chance that your first one isn’t that great. That’s why you’ll want to get more of those books and make better ones.
Crafting Passive Books
To get more of those books and roll for better passives, you’ll want to go to the island called “The Shallow” in the Third Sea. There, you’ll find the building shown below with a tall tower. Go up the tower and you’ll find a couple of NPCs.
The NPC you’ll want to talk to is the Mystic Bookkeeper as shown in the image below. This is the NPC you’ll want to talk to craft Books to get more Passives.
You can craft different kinds of books from the lowest Fate Book to the highest Chronicles Lore. Of course, the higher the tier of the book, the more ingredients you’ll need and the tougher to get them.
Here are all the books that you can craft from the Mystic Bookkeeper:
- Fate Book
- Essence Book
- Fortune Tales
- Chronicles Lore
