Fatui Harbinger Pierro, also known by the title The Jester, is a background antagonist in the action fantasy video game Genshin Impact. So, as I already mentioned, Pierro is the first of the 11 Fatui Harbingers. By doing so, he himself recruited several Fatui members.

Genshin Impact released a video on their YouTube channel titled Teyvat Chapter Interlude Teaser: A Winter Night’s Lazzo.
By now we all know that it is about the three Harbingers (Scaramouche, Signora, and Childe).
But we have little information about Pierro. Pierrot is a character with quite a hidden past, we know that his origins can be found in the Pale Flame artifacts.
He is recognizable by his Mocking Mask. We know of him that he failed as a Ruler because of his failure to stop a disaster that arose from his peers.
At some point in the past, Pierro went to Sumeru Academy in search of a student who was committing heretical acts.
Here he finds II Dottore, who becomes a member of the Harbingers. Piero also recruits Taraglia and Signora.
