Time trials have been in games for a long time now. From global time limits that span the entire game or time trial races. In Genshin Impact there are also time trial challenges that can be fun at times, and sometimes downright annoying. Let’s find out how to finish the Hard Time Trial Challenge in Pudding Isle.
Pudding Isle Hard Time Trial Challenge 8 Particles | Genshin Impact
The trial looks fairly simple, just get 8 particles before the timer runs out. The thing is, the timer is 20 seconds, which is actually 18 because the animation that starts the race takes two seconds! Dastardly I tell you!
Some players get this on the first try, others may take several, and some are still trying. The route is simple but how to effectively run the race is difficult. Here are some tips and tricks to help you in this race and other races in general.
Use A Tall Male Character
Tall male characters in Genshin Impact actually move faster than the women or short male characters. Just like in real life, their longer legs give them an advantage! Tall male characters like Kaeya and Diluc can run the fastest so use them!
Use Abilities
Some characters have passive abilities that can be really useful in these trial challenges! If you have Rosaria do the challenge at night. She has a passive called “Night Walk” where she has an increased 10% movement speed. Another character is Diona with her passive “Cat’s Tail Secret Menu” where if you shield yourself using the ability “Icy Paws” you get a 10% Movement Speed bonus as well as a 10% reduced Stamina Consumption!
