Genshin Impact: Misplaced Conch 2 Location

Genshin Impact is amazing in its design of adding puzzles on top of puzzles, or scattering small quests inside larger quests. It’s not the first game to do this but the constant dopamine rush of finding a chest while looking for something else entirely is something most players love. This is also true for finding the Misplaced Conch 2, as you will see.

Misplaced Conch 2 Location | Genshin Impact

For the Misplaced Conch 2, we’ll need to go to Broken Isle. It’s the isle to the west of Twinning Isle and northwest of Pudding Isle. To the north of the isle, just off the beach is a series of pillars with something to interact in the middle.

This thing can change the style of the mountain to either a tall or short style. For this Conch, we need it short, so change the mountain style until it looks like this.

Next, you’ll need a fire element character. A good example is Amber, one of the first characters you get in the story. So, pick your favorite fire element character and place them in your party. Now go inside the short mountain and you should see a fire totem.

This fire totem is sealed, and you need to hit the torches around it with a fire element attack to actually unlock the seal. The torches are around the totem show here on the image below.

After shooting the fire totem the water should lower a bit, showing the rest of the cave. Another fire totem is on the other side so time to go hitting the torches again with fire! The first one is left of the water.

The next one is hiding next to the totem.

And when you go past the totem, to a wooden path, another one is next to the path.

At the end of the path is a magic door. Go inside it and the last torch should be in front of it.

Now go back and hit the fire totem and it should remove all the water in the cave now. Finally, the secrets of the cave are for you to see and plunder! Oh, and the Conch is there, congratulations!
