This quest takes place on the Minacious Isle, and you will receive an item that will help you solve it. It is the Sea Route Log, which contains clues. There are instructions here that will help you find the treasure clue. You can find the quest detail below.
As this quest is part of the Treasure Clue: Minacious Isle, you will need to find the location of the treasure there. This will lead you to an island that is a little far away from the Isle. The blue marker is the location that you need to be at to begin the quest.
Climb onto a cliff so that you know where you want to set sail, as you need to travel by sea. Take the Waverider with you and travel southeast. This is in the direction of a blue circle that you see in the sky.
As you get closer, you will find some rocks that you need to make your way towards. The blue circle is also some sort of sigil that will glow when you are closer.
On getting close to the rocks, you will need to glide up from the vehicle and get on land. There is a chest here waiting for you. Open the Common Chest in order to complete this part of the quest line.
