The new leaks and info from this MultiVersus update have been long awaited and data miners have done a good job of going through the code and telling us what’s next. More information has been found that hints at new characters being added to the game; as impressive as the roster of MultiVersus already is, these new characters are sure to add all kinds of nostalgia and exciting gameplay to the game.
New Leaks & Info
We can determine what spoilers and leaks are bound for the next updates of MultiVersus thanks to dedicated players,. I’ll list everything we know so far down below.
New Characters
Players speculate that Samurai Jack, Aquaman, and Daffy Duck are coming at some point in the future. We also know that the Powerpuff Girls are coming because some voice lines for the Powerpuff Girls were also found buried in the game’s code. We also understand that each Powerpuff Girl is going to get her own announcer pack, which is pretty exciting.
Additionally, but also less certain, there appears to be a RWBY character hidden in the game’s code. It isn’t sure which character yet, so we’ll have to wait and see what MultiVersus has in store for us from the franchise.

New Skins
Regarding skins, it was found that Aquaman is getting 3 skins off the bat. The names of his skins are as follows:
- “Matrix Code Aquaman”
- “New 52 Aquaman”
- “Shark Hat Aquaman”
We don’t know what these skins will look like, but based on the names, we can make a pretty good guess. Apart from these, there were also additional strings that hinted at other skins. Here’s a list:
- “DC Bombshell Wonder Woman”
- “Earth-O Harley Quinn”
- “Ex-I.C.O.N. Agent Morty”
- “Golfer Marvin the Martian”
- “Anti-Life Superman”
- “Historical Friction Steven”
- “I.C.O.N. Director Sanchez”
- “Knights Must Fall Bugs Bunny”
Finally, data miners also found dialogue strings that hint at a new Bruce Wayne skin.
New Stages
New stages are also coming soon. We know that The Candy Kingdom from Adventure Time, Titan’s Tower from Teen Titans, and the WB Water Tower will be new battlefields. Finally, players have been scratching their heads trying to figure out what reference the stage called Mouse Wheel could be.
Some more strings that indicate stages include the following:
- M020 – Cat Concerto
- M021 – Looney Tunes, Mesas
- M022 – Friday the 13th, The Lake
- “timesplit” – Back to the Past
New Events
There’s a planned Shark Week event coming up too and because we know that Shark Week officially starts on July 23 this year, we can expect this event to drop sometime then. Here’s the introductory text that was found:
“Happy Shark Week, MVPs! Be sure to catch the wave before it heads back to sea: For the next six days, every time you log in you’ll get a box with a sweet shark hat (or maybe a little surprise!) to help celebrate
Discovery Shark Week in style!”
