This is a relatively simple trophy, some people even complete it “by accident” just by playing the game. For those of you who missed it, worry not – let’s find it together!
To start off, make sure you’re at the part of the Slums where Chapter 4 begins.
There, at the place you had your first Chapter 4 Guardian interaction, look to your left.
Head down the stairs in that direction and walk right past the person sitting on the ground.
Next to two wooden crates, you’re going to see a small, interactable paper bag. Click on it, and you should now have the same paper bag stuck on your head.
Enjoy the trophy, and the head accessory!
