In essence, you receive Prestige Currency in MultiVersus for collecting Cosmetics. The higher the Rarity of the Cosmetic, the more Prestige Currency you will receive. The rarity Rankings for the Cosmetics are the following:

The first way for obtaining Prestige Currency fast is by purchasing Cosmetics from the Store in MultiVersus. To do this, select the Store option on top of your screen.

Once you’re in the store, you’ll see all sorts of purchases you can make. This includes Daily Deals where you can purchase specific skins with your Gleamium for a discount. Alternatively, you can also purchase packs that give you a bunch of Cosmetics for a discount. Depending on the Rarity of the Cosmetics you get, you’ll be awarded a certain amount of prestige.

For example, here we received x50 Prestige for purchasing an Uncommon Skin. We are not sure about the exact Prestige amount for each Rarity in MultiVersus, but this should give you a rough idea.

Unlock Tiers in the Battle Pass and Events

Another great way to get skins fast is by purchasing the Battle Pass or Event Tiers. This Tiers will typically reward you with items and Cosmetics that’ll help increase your Prestige Currency.

The Battle Pass is generally considered a good deal as you can get all sorts of skins through it. However, you will need to actually purchase it with real money which can be annoying if you don’t want to go the premium path. 

Otherwise, you can just take advantage of the free Tiers to get some Prestige currency. However, if you have the time and money, grinding the Battle Pass is one of the fastest ways to get Prestige in the game. It’s because you are constantly getting rewards for simply playing the game.

The Events tab in MultiVersus also deserves a shout out. You can find it on the top of your screen.

In the Events tab, you’ll see a variety of different Events. As you progress through these Events, you’ll also be rewarded a bunch of cosmetics. Some of them can also give you free Cosmetics pretty easily such as the Welcome Back Daily Login Event.
