You will need to find Yakov. Yakov is located on the southernmost island by the name of Minacious Isle. He will be located on the west side of the island or where the big hill will be. It is extremely huge and it’s like a trademark of the island so you can’t miss it.

Find the totem that can be found on the bottom of the hill here. It will be located almost next to where the elevator was. You will need to choose the Kamisato Ayaka character and proceed to use your skills on the totem. This will get it to activate.
Hit the other totem with Xiao.
Hit the third totem with Diluc.

In the end, you’ll need to hit the fourth totem with Xingqiu.

Once this is done you can look above you and you’ll see that a portal will activate. This will have finished the quest that you’re looking to finish and now you’ll be able to open that path that Yakov took before. Congratulations!
