If you prefer playing games solo but also find it super difficult to max ranked missions, this guide is for you. Not everyone is a team player and some prefer completing ranked missions on their own and that’s completely normal!

If you’re struggling to max in your rank missions as a solo player, you don’t have to get out of your comfort zone and find other players. We’ll tell you ways you can solo max rank missions fast. 

Recommended Skills and Stats

1. When going for ranked missions, we highly recommend that you learn the hand grinder, bandage, shifter regen, lethal tempo and flare skills since they are some of the best and most useful skills in the game.

2. In terms of perks, there are many excellent ones that you can equip to boost your moves. Some good ones you can equip are “Peerless Strength” which increases ODM damage by 20% and “Perfect form” that increases ODM damage by 8.75% as well as deals max damage as long as you have 60% of your max speed. 

For the 3rd perk slot, you can equip Exhumation. This perk increases gas bar by 3.5% per kill. Overall defensive perks can come in handy the most so look out for those. 

3. For equipment, consider using “The Crown”. This artifact reduces your skill cooldown and also gives you a 7.5% Luck boost.

4. For Prestige, a good one is “Memory” because it also reduces cooldown. Equipping a skill that reduces cooldown can greatly assist you in combat so you can defeat an enemy faster and ultimately max ranked faster. So look for more decreases as well.

Maxing Ranked Missions

When you do a solo mission on Aberrant, try opting for outskirts because it is the easiest mission to do solo and can also be completed pretty quick. For modifiers, you can check the box for “Injury Prone” but the other ones like Oddball and Nightmares are not necessary. 

If you are, however, confident in your fighting abilities, you can opt for nightmare because the titans will approach you faster, allowing you to defeat 40 titans quickly and finish the mission. Being good at slaying titans is necessary because the titans tend to be more stronger.

Note: If you’re an Ackerman, Nightmare mode shouldn’t be too difficult for you. 

Go over to the forest side and you’ll find titans waiting for you. That’s when you start attacking and killing as many. You can start from the outskirts and then proceed to the middle of the map. If crawlers are closer, it’s best to get rid of them first before you move on to the other regular titans. 

Additionally, remember to get rid of the titans closest to you first and then proceed to the farther ones. This will help you eliminate them faster so the key is to eliminate any titan that comes your way instead of picking and choosing.

While slaying the titans, the hand grinder comes in good use. You can use the Hand grinder and get done with titans at a much faster rate. The hand grinder essentially chops off the arm to disable them so you can eliminate the titan or crawlers much faster. 

You should eventually reach a good momentum of constantly slaying titans and that’s how you’ll complete the mission faster that way.

Additional Advice

• If you’re nervous during Solo Aberrant missions, you can always start off by calling a friend to assist until you’re confident enough to start doing solo. This will help you get a hang of things until you can handle them on your own. 
• It’s important to stay on your toes because dying in the middle or dying nearing the end can be frustrating since there are 40 titans you have to slay overall. Don’t let your guard down because the titans may catch up to you and kill you before you finish the mission. This way you’ll have to just end up starting all over again. 

If you’re a Jaeger, then you will have good RNG and you will get to revive. 

• Take advantage of the Shifter regen skill to help you heal as much as possible after it cooldowns so you can last throughout the entire mission without dying. For additional health, you can also equip bandages but with shifter regen, you may not even need those band aids. 
• At the 34 mark, the titans will start appearing more so ensure you have those cooldown reductions so you can use your skills constantly when in need and keep up.
