So you’re just doing some quests and fooling around, then you find yourself in that secret chamber and you’re stuck with a puzzle in front of you and no clues like floating Seelies, weird patterns on walls or weird devices that you need to operate. Just a bunch of stone torches that light up when you hit them with fire.
There are two paths out of this, the brute force guessing game where you just guess what torches you need to hit in order.
OR you use your elemental sight to see the correct sequence to hit them. Elemental sight is something that’s always last on the list of what people do for some reason.
So, here’s the correct way of doing it. First is the torch to the southwest, then the one to the northeast, then the northwest.
There’s actually one other torch hidden behind the giant pile of rocks in the room. I suggest hitting that rock with even bigger rocks from Zhongli to establish dominance.
Once you’ve destroyed the piles of rock with a bigger rock, light the fourth and last stone torch. A small cutscene should play and you’re good to go! Congratulations, you’ve just broken out of the secret chamber! And all you needed was to hit things, but with style.
