Nomad Survival is a game in which you must use tactics and strategy to beat and pass incredibly impossible stages. In this helpful guide, we will show you the finest perks you may obtain in order to complete the Ruined Dungeon Map with a couple of tips too.

Ruined Dungeon Map Guide – Nomad Survival

The Ruined Dungeon Map is very interesting. There are some ways that players are striving for going that might differ from the real route you want to be taking. This can be the best for maybe if you’re trying to clear it, or maybe going for some achievement (sacrificial altar, taking less than 1000 damage, etc.).

Character

For this map, there are a couple that you should be sticking with. Definitely, you would want to be going for one of these:

  • Crusader – Fantastic at giant AoE damage
  • Cultist – Amazing clears so you don’t have to worry that much about the enemy mobs
  • Divine – Same as cultist more or less
  • Necromancer (maybe?) – Very good because you can get some space by using his weapon ability
  • Quickling – He’s just very good on every map

They all do very amazingly on this map. It is basically, in our opinion, that this map was created entirely and just for these characters. So make sure you do not go skipping on them. Give them a chance!

Gameplay Tip

Whatever you will pick for this guide will make a difference of course. But the biggest thing that you want to look out for in the Ruined Dungeon is to not let the Crystal Spawn in the location in the middle that it will be spawning on.

Especially when the third boss spawns. That is the worst location to deal with the boss and the specters (because they spawn at the same time).

Play around the map. Look for locations around the map that have multiple entry points and use that to your advantage. You will get so many mobs stuck on the walls so they won’t be able to get to you.

Heritage

You will be asking yourself about the Nomad at first. He is very good especially if you’re doing some hard-to-get challenges – the Zero rerolls and chests, Dungeon Keeper achievement and etc.

You can go for mostly all the heritages for this map. But sticking with Nomad for the sake of time will be the way to go.

Berserker is also very good with all the damage that you might be dealing with but also getting into a position where enemies will be dealing damage to you. Double damage is amazing just you’ll need to be able to kite damage very well.

Poxbringer doesn’t work very well on closed and tight areas like this map. Voidwalker you might give a chance and it will give you a very early good start because of his running ability.

The Merchant is very cool to use here but only in specific runs. If you are doing the Dungeon Keeper achievement definitely go for the merchant.

Weapon Skills

You will definitely want to go with this choice:

  • Ascension – You will only need to get it as high as level 2 and that’s only for the HP regen and SP regen as well.
  • Fireball
  • Colorless Glyph
  • Immaterial Cloak – It’s great for this task since it pushes all the mobs away, giving you more area to run and avoid. When you reach level 5, it will even draw all the things to you, saving you from wasting precious relic chests on magnets.
  • Entangle – You would just need to set it to level 5 and maybe even lower. Entangle will also provide you with a handful of tiny spaces where you may flee the approaching danger.

Passives

You will need to stick with these in order to be the most effective and powerful in the Ruined Dungeon:

  • Evasion – Extremely huge for this challenge. Make sure that you always perk it up whenever you’re doing this challenge. You will want to dodge all the hits as much as possible.
  • HBO Gen – When you kill a mob you’ll want to get the most HP Regen as possible so that’s why this passive is very needed as well.
  • Study
  • Movement Speed

Relics

When it comes to Relics, you should stay with the Ascension raise and the one that increases your movement speed by 50%, as well as the Immetiral Cloak level, which decreases the cooldown by 30%. Aside from that, nothing more is required for this run.

Invocation Choices

Pick up these:

  • Magnet – Really beneficial in practically every case. Saves you time, effort, and, most of the time, lives by avoiding putting yourself in danger to obtain particular things or loot. Plus, you’ll simply be jogging about.
