Finding the right weapon for your character can be fun but also frustrating if there are a lot of them. Sometimes, you don’t have the resources or time to test all of them for your builds. That’s why you should know which one to pick in advance!
In Locked, there are a ton of different weapons that you can use, but like most games, not all weapons are made equal. Some weapons are better than others even with the worst of builds. Knowing which these weapons are can help you get an edge in the game.
Best Weapon Tier List
In this guide, we’ll show you what are the best weapons that you can use in the game. We’ll go through the strengths and weaknesses of each one. Now, let’s see what all these weapons are!
There are a lot of different weapons in the game that you can use with all sorts of builds. The thing is, even with the best builds, some weapons are just better than others. Here are all of the weapons and which are the best ones that you can get!
S – Tier
- Emperor – The best weapon in the game due to the low skill floor to use this weapon effectively. With the right build, it gets even better!
- Formless – A high-skill weapon that if you practice hard enough can be a very effective one. Or you can just use Macros, but who would do that?
- Kunigami – One of the best Exotic weapons in the game and a great offensive one at that. The speed and power of the shot is great as well.
- Planetary – One of the meta weapons right now but not that easy to master since high-skill players can still counter it. If used correctly it’s still one of the best weapons out there.
- King – This is an amazing weapon that can easily get through a lot of defenses when used correctly.
- Godspeed – It’s a weapon that lets you instantly teleport to the ball making it extremely easy to get it at times.
A – Tier
- Nagi – A great offensive weapon with the right build and even without it the weapon can still be effective.
- Voracious – This is a great defensive weapon since when you’re tackled or get an ankle break you can get up faster. This makes it easier to defend and can catch enemies off guard on how quicklyly you get up.
- Copycat – A highly versatile weapon that can be used either defensively or offensively since you can copy other weapons.
- Serpent – Despite being unique its main use is for defense and passing in certain situations. It excels in those fields but nothing else.
- Riptide – Due to a nerf this weapon isn’t one of the best anymore but still a great weapon for passing and support.
- Sword Screw – A great weapon with a high skill ceiling and can be extremely fun to play with. It’s also an effective offensive weapon.
- Speedster – A great weapon to get through defenses, this weapon gives you a massive boost in speed.
- Acrobatic – This is a great defensive weapon for Goalkeepers and can be annoying to fight against. The dive move is easy to hit and you also get a buff by getting up from blocks faster.
B – Tier
- Shadow – This lets you speed up and sneak around the field which can be great at surprising enemies. Skilled players can easily defend against this though, so watch out!
- Snatcher – A good weapon to have for Goalkeepers as it helps with defense but not much else.
- Direct Shot – An average weapon that is great if you have a good team and bad if you don’t. The builds where this weapon is great aren’t that great nor are there many of them but it can work.
- Monster – You can easily get past your first enemy using this but with game modes where there’s more it might not be great.
- Watch Tower – Another weapon that buffs your allies by increasing their hitbox but it’s only in a small area.
C – Tier
- Long Legs – This is slightly better than Iron Head due to a recent buff on the hitbox but is still a one-trick pony.
- Neurotic – You get a speed boost after your ankles are broken, which sounds good but the speed boost is short and not big.
- Iron Head – A highly situational weapon since it only works with Headers. It can be effectively used but there are better weapons out there.
- Web – This lets you slow down enemies guarding you which sounds great but a lot of players can get around it through skill.
D – Tier
- Repel – It lets you block a ball as a Goalkeeper but most of the time you’ll want to grab the ball instead. Grabbing the ball lets you take control of it so this weapon might be a detriment.
- Leader – Looks good on paper with the buffs but in practice it’s negligible. You’re better off using any other weapon than this one.
Those are all of the best weapons that you can use in Locked. Now, go out there and try it out yourself! Do you want to get some freebies in the game? Check out our Codes Guide for more details!
