Most games these days have maps to help you traverse these huge open worlds the developers make. Sometimes though, these maps aren’t that helpful, especially if it’s a 2D map where you can’t see below it. That’s mostly why people get lost in these games.
In Once Human, you get to explore a massive open world and they give you a map to help you move around. The problem lies with the many underground areas the game has and sometimes the map doesn’t show that.
In this guide, we’ll show you how you can get to the Rift Anchor in the Gaia Cliff Monolith Danger Zone area. We’ll go through where you’ll need to go and how you can find the anchor. Now, let’s see where they’ve hidden this thing!
How To Get to the Rift Anchor in Gaia Cliff Monolith Danger Zone
In Once Human, when you’re going through the many areas in the game, the first thing you usually see are the Rift Anchors. They show on your map and minimap and are often easy to find because they often have light coming out of them.
Some Rift Anchors can be quite sneaky though and the one in Gaia Cliff Monolith Danger Zone is one of them. That’s because the anchor is underground!
Here are the steps that we’ll be taking to get to the Rift Anchor in this area:
- Go to the north of the Rift Anchor Icon following the dirt road.
- Go to the south where you’ll find a hole at the base of the cliff.
- Head inside the facility and find the Rift Anchor!

Detailed Walkthrough
When you go to the Gaia Cliff Monolith Danger Zone, you’ll see the Rift Anchor on the map. When you go there though, most likely, you won’t find anything. That’s because the anchor is underground, so you’ll need to find a way to get there.
To start, you’ll need to the north of the Rift Anchor icon following the dirt path as shown below. There, you’ll find the base of the cliff.
You’ll also find a path that leads deeper into the area where you can find a hole at the base of the cliff as shown below. Go inside and you’ll get into the underground facility.
Once you’ve entered the facility, you’ll see this winding corridor with a glass wall to the left. Go through the door to the left going through the glass wall.
Look down, and you’ll see a bright red glow, and in the middle is the Rift Anchor! All you need to do is go up to it and interact with it like a normal anchor!
