Gym League: All Gym Locations Guide

At this point, Gym League on Roblox has had a variety of updates with many different gyms now accessible with each one. As your goal is to get as strong as possible, you’ll need to go through each gym. This can be quite a grindy process.

In this guide, we’ll show you all the workouts you need to do at all the gym locations in order. This includes the boosts that you need to use. In this way, you will be able to maximize the time you spend at each gym. With that said, let’s dive in!

All Gym Locations Guide

The workouts for each gym that we show for Gym League will be in order. So, the moment you hit 100% for one muscle, move onto the next workout in the order. Try to also use the heaviest weight possible for each workout for maximum gains.

Additionally, we also recommend you use the treadmill before you begin the workouts themselves.

In total, there are 8 gym locations you’ll need to go to in order. Remember, that you’ll need to unlock these gyms as well if you are to access them.

Beach Gym

The workouts that you need to do for the beach gym location in Gym League are the following in order:

  1. Bench Press
  2. Push Press
  3. Tricep Curl
  4. Lat Pulldown
  5. Wrist Curl
  6. Hammer Curl
  7. Abs With Legs
  8. Front Squat
  9. Leg Press.

The boosts you want active in the beach gym are:

  • Chicken Wings
  • Chips.

You will need around 10k stamina for the beach gym.

Underground Gym

The workouts that you need to do for the underground gym location in Gym League are the following in order:

  1. Bench Press
  2. Shoulder Press
  3. Tricep Curl
  4. Wrist Curl
  5. Hammer Curl
  6. Deadlift
  7. Front Squat
  8. Abs With Legs
  9. Leg Press.

The boosts you want active in the underground gym are:

  • Chicken Wings
  • Steak
  • Protein Bars
  • Cheap Body Oil (for gym competitions).

You will need around 100k stamina for the underground gym.

The Gym

The workouts that you need to do for The Gym location in Gym League are the following in order:

  1. Chest Press
  2. Tricep Curl
  3. Shoulder Press
  4. Deadlift
  5. Front Squat
  6. Abs With Legs
  7. Leg Press
  8. Hammer Curl
  9. Wrist Curl.

The boosts you want active in The Gym are:

  • Steak
  • Protein Shake
  • Rorate
  • Protein Powder
  • Cheap Body Oil (for gym competitions).

You will need around 10 million stamina for The Gym.

The Gym in Gym League.

Golden and Cyber Gym

The workouts that you need to do for the golden and cyber gym locations in Gym League are the same. However, the boosts are different. You should do the Golden Gym first followed by the Cyber Gym.

With that said, here are the workouts for both the gyms in order:

  1. Chest Press
  2. Tricep Curl
  3. Shoulder Press
  4. Rowing
  5. Hammer Curl
  6. Wrist Curl
  7. Front Squats
  8. Abs With Legs
  9. Leg Press.

The boosts you want active in the golden gym are:

  • Protein Shake
  • Protein Powder
  • Creatine Powder
  • Cheap Body Oil, Shiny Oil, Premium Body Oil (for gym competitions)

You will need around 500 million stamina for the golden gym.

From here onwards, we’ll be turning our attention to the Higher Gyms in Gym League. The first of these is the gravity gym.

The workouts that you need to do for the gravity gym location are the following in order:

  4. Deadlift
  5. Front Squat
  6. Abs With Legs
  7. Leg Press
  8. Hammer Curl
  9. Wrist Curl.

The boosts you want active in the gravity gym are:

You will need around 10 trillion stamina for the gravity gym.
