Best AWM Loadout
The AWM is a bolt action sniper rifle with high muzzle velocity which means that there is almost no damage drop off. It’s a one shot headshot sniper, so you should stay away from the frontlines. That way, you can have more time to line up your shots and get those kills.
While building the AWM, you should not be worried about handling as you’re far from the gunfights. Instead, you want more stability and muzzle velocity, so you can be accurate and hit hard!
So, let’s see how you maximize these aspects with the attachments and calibration.
Attachments
Compared to the other weapons, the AWM has barely any attachments. With that said, here are the attachments that we recommend you add to the default AWM in Delta Force for the best loadout:
- Barrel:AWM Skyline Long Barrel
- Adds a lot more muzzle velocity at the cost of stability and accuracy
- Muzzle:Resonant Sniper Rifle Suppressor
- This is the only muzzle that will increase your muzzle velocity
- Does decrease some stability and handling but it’s worth it.
- Optic:3/7 Adjustable Zoom Sniper Scope
- You can change between 3x to 7x depending on the distance you are from the fight
- Killflash:Honeycomb Killflash
- Helps you not give away your position with the scope glint
- Reduces some handling and stability but it’s worth the loss.
- Unique:AWM M-Lok Kit
- Enables you to add a bipod
- Right Rail/Left Rail: KC Hound Handguard
- Place the handguard in both slots to get additional stability
Calibration
There are only two possibilities for how you can calibrate the AWM sniper rifle in Delta Force. So, let’s see how you can maximize them for the best loadout:
- Barrel
- Weight Limit: +50.00g (max)
- Length: +10.00mm (max)
- Adds additional muzzle velocity and firing stability
- Optic
- Zoom: Bigger0.25x (max)
- Pupil Distance: Default
- Turns the adjustable scope into a 3.75x to 7.75x
- This is more preference based so you can leave it on default or change it according to your play style.
Secondary Loadout
Due to the gameplay style of the AWM, we recommend that you bring the right secondary in case things go wrong. For this, we strongly recommend the G18 Pistol.
We’re doing this as an emergency so that you can deal with an enemy if they come close to you and you’re not expecting them. The AWM is a one shot headshot gun, so it will be difficult to use close range.
You can then use the G18 to save your life. Of course, you’ll need the right attachments to maximize this pistol.
