In Infinity Nikki, players will find themselves on all sorts of quests that require them to obtain some specific resources. One such particularly long quest will require players to craft the Travelers Musing fragrance. For this, you’ll need to find tricky patches.
Tricky patches are very difficult to obtain if you just play the game normally. As a result, many players have become frustrated trying to complete this quest. Not to worry, we’ll show you a reliable way of getting tricky patches. Let’s get into it!
Where To Find Tricky Patch Craft
To obtain Tricky Patches in Infinity Nikki, you will need to fight and purify Spear Sacks. These enemies sometimes drop Tricky Patches. However, locating them is the real issue as they are not enemies that you’ll be able to find everywhere.
Since you need x20 Tricky Patches for the Purify! The Scent in the Cavern quest, this can be a hassle as it will take you hours to find them naturally. So, we’ll look at two locations where you can find Speak Sacks.
It’s important to keep in mind that Spear Sacks do not respawn automatically. That means that changing regions and passing time in game will not work.
However, if you log on later they should eventually spawn. Some players have reported that they spawn every day but we have not been able to confirm this.
Tricky Patch Location #1
For the first location, you’ll be heading to the location shown on the map below. This is the region that is South or Southeast of Florawish.
When you arrive here, you should be able to see a group of Spear Sacks here. Fight them and purify them so that you can pick the Tricky Patches they drop. You should be able to get about 7-8 Tricky Patches here.
Keep in mind that there are different types of Sack enemies. So, not all of them will drop the Tricky Patches.
Tricky Patch Location #2
Another great location to look for Spear Sacks is the North region above Florawish. Here, you should see a bunch of ruins, caverns, woods and outskirts. Explore this entire area and you should find groups of Spear Sacks here.
Purifying them should give you another decent return of Tricky Patches.
Travelers Musing Craft
After you’re gotten x20 Tricky Patches, you will finally be able to complete the quest for the Travelers Musing. Simply craft it from the Sketches menu and you’ll be all set.
