Infinity Nikki 1.0 is out and there is a lot that you can do in the game. Alongside quests, the game also places a special emphasis on collecting rare resources. Since this is a gacha game, you’ll want to get as many of these resources as you can.
In this guide, we’ll be going over some secret animals that you can groom to get rare resources. We’ll be looking at 7 of these animals and their locations. Without further delay, let’s get into it!
All 7 SECRET Animal Locations for Rare Resources
There are 7 secret animals that you can groom for resources. Keep in mind that you’ll want to get these resources daily, as they are incredibly rare. Of course, no loss if you do miss out on a few days, but we recommend doing this as many times as you can.
It’s important to keep in mind that only some of these are accessible in the early or mid game. Other resources can only be obtained in the end game.
We also recommend that you upgrade your Animal Grooming in your Heart of Affinity. Here, you should see three sections for Animal Grooming. These are helpful as they allow you to get extra Essence from grooming animals.
The final one of these can help you get double materials so it is really useful to have. Of course, this will be more advanced and towards the end game. But we still recommend keeping it in mind.
Bibcoon
The first rare animal we have for you is the Bibcoon. To groom this animal, you’ll need to head to the Bibcoon’s Chuckle Club in Florawish. The location is shown below on the map.
When you arrive here, go to the front door. You should be able to find a Bibcoon near the front door, next to an NPC called Avaro.
Groom the Bibcoon and you’ll be able to obtain Bibcoon Fur. Make sure to visit the club and collect fur from this animal every day.
Rosecrown and Tuxtail Swans
For the next two animals, we’ll be heading to the south of Florawish. Specifically, we’ll be heading to the Swan Gazebo that can be found near the water line. The closest teleport to his location is the Bug Catcher’s Cabin.
Before heading here, we recommend changing the time to night time. This will make it much easier to get the resources from the swans.
When you reach the Gazebo, be careful as you can scare the swans away. So, we recommend that you sneak up to them. You should see two swans walking around near the Gazebo.
Both of the swans give two types of materials, which are:
- Rosecrown Swan
- Rose Velvet Essence
- Tuxtail Swan
- Night Velvet Essence.
Bullquet
After that, we’ll be heading even further down south in the Infinity Nikki map. In Breezy Meadow, we’ll be going to the location shown below on the map. The nearest teleport will be the Lakeside Hill Lane.
When you arrive here, you’ll find the Bullquet. However, there is something you’ll need to do before you can groom it. You’ll need to catch the bugs that are buzzing around it.
To do this, take out your net and start catching the bugs. Be careful as the Bullquet can get angry during this part. Once you have cleared the flies, you’ll be able to groom it to acquire Bullquet Felt.
It is useful for crafting clothes and items.
Astral Swan
Next up, we’ll be heading to the far left corner of the map in the Abandoned District. Specifically, it is the U shaped island that we have shown in the image below.
Over here, you’ll want to teleport Stellar Fishing Ground Peak teleport.
If you arrive here for the first time, a small cutscene will play in which the Astral Swan will make an appearance. After the cutscene, simply walk up to the swan and groom it.
Doing so will give you an Astral Feather.
Tulletail
On the same island as the Astral Swan, you’ll want to drop down and make your way towards the docks. The exact location of the docks is shown below.
Be sure to come here when it’s Night Time. Night time tends to go by fairly quickly and you won’t have enough time to catch the fish if it’s dawn.
While walking on the docks, you’ll come across Patchwork Pete. Simply walk past him and look below in the water. You should be able to spot some fish in the galaxy water.
Simply take out your fishing rod and start fishing. If you’re not good at fishing, you won’t have a pleasant time doing this every day. But by successfully fishing and reeling the fish in, you’ll be able to get Tulletails as materials.
Dawn Fox
For the last animal, make your way to the top right corner of the Wishing Woods. The location we’ll be heading to is shown below. There will be a small fox den here next to a small lake.
You can get here quickly by using the Desperation Orb Warehouse teleport. Coming here during the day might be easier as it’ll help you see without the fog.
Grooming the fox will be a little tricky though. This is because you will first need to use your Shrinking ability to transform into Momo. This is the only way you’ll be able to sneak up to the Dawn Fox.
When you’re near the fox, it will get very curious about Momo and investigate. Once it gets close, immediately transform back and use Animal Grooming.
Doing so will allow you to get Dawn Fluff. Don’t wait too long though, or the fox will get spooked!
Another strategy is to wait for the Dawn Fox to come out of its den, which is located in a rock. After that you can surprise it by jumping from above and quickly grooming it.
You can go with whatever works for you. In this way, you’ll be able to get a decent amount of rare resources from various animals.
