The Feybreak update for Palworld has added a bunch of new Predator Pals spread to locations all over the Palapagos Islands.
Predator Pals are much tougher variants of standard Pals, somewhat similar to Alpha Pals. Taking them down won’t reward you with Technology Points, but you’ll be able to get Predator Cores instead. This is a new and extremely powerful crafting material used for some endgame recipes. Plus, you get a lot of EXP too!
In this guide, we’ll tell you the basics of how Predator Pals work in Palworld: Feybreak and give you a map of all their locations.
All Predator Locations | Palworld: Feybreak Update
If you want to get right down to it, the map above shows the locations for all of the Predator Pals available in Palworld as of the Feybreak update. Keep in mind that the Predator variants of Pals follow similar spawn rules as their regular variants. For example, Predator Lovander only spawns at night, just like normal Lovanders.
Before you start hunting these Predator Pals down, though, we recommend checking your world’s settings before loading a save. Make sure that “Enable Predator Pals” is set to On. It should be On by default, but some players reported that it was set to Off for them.
Now, Predator Pals are a bit tricky, as they work differently from other boss encounters in Palworld. They don’t get automatically marked on your map and they also don’t have a 100% spawn chance. There’s a random chance for them to spawn whenever you are near their location.
Also, Predator Pals have a different name when they appear in-game. They show up as Rampaging Pals instead. You should also be warned that they pose quite a threat, so make sure you’re well-prepared before you face them!
Defeating any of these Predator Pals out in the world will give you a pretty large amount of EXP. More importantly, though, you’ll also get the new Predator Core materials. You can use them for some of the new crafting recipes, such as the one for the Meowmere Sword from Terraria. The stronger the Predator Pal is, the more Predator Cores you’ll earn as a reward!
That’s everything you need to know about the Predator Pals and their locations in Palworld: Feybreak. Make sure to get a strong Pal to help you take them down, such as the new Bastigor!
