If you’re looking to get killer more frequently (because let’s be real, being a Killer in the game is much more fun) but feel like progress is a bit slow in Pillar Chase 2, don’t worry—I’ve got you covered. In this guide, I’m going to break down the monster system and give you some tips on how to earn more points, as well as dive deep into how to maximize your point-gaining potential!
How To Get Killer More Frequently Guide
Let’s start with the monster system. At the top of your screen, you’ll notice the list of players in the game, each with a number attached to their icon. This number essentially tells you who’s next in line to be the killer—the higher the number, the closer you are to taking that role.
If there’s a tie between two or more players, the killer is randomly selected from those players, and you’ll instantly gain one point toward your killer number once the match begins. You can earn more points throughout the match by completing objectives and surviving, so it’s possible to rack up three or four points for a single match.
Now, some people struggle because they’re not sure where the objectives are located on certain maps, making it harder to increase their killer count. But don’t worry—I’m going to walk you through each map, where the monster spawns, and where the objectives are, so you can get those points with ease!
Fazbear’s Fright
Let’s start with the first map: Fazbear’s Fright. This map has two objectives: clean 10 vents and collect nine Phantom cupcakes. I’ve created a hand-drawn map to help illustrate things (I know it’s not the best, but I did my best!):
- The pink circles represent the Phantom cupcakes;
- While the gray circles show the locations of the vents;
- The red circle indicates where the killer spawns, and I’ve also marked some key rooms on the map to help you get around.
My recommendation? Stick to the blue circle area for the most part. Complete the seven cupcakes and nine vents here, and you should be able to rack up those points. You can earn up to four points on this map: one for loading in, two for completing objectives, and one for surviving.
The Dungeon
Next, let’s look at The Dungeon map. I’ve got another hand-drawn overview here (please bear with me, I tried!). The two objectives on this map are to loot 10 chests and collect six notes. But here’s the thing—this one isn’t as simple as just pressing a button. You’ll need to swipe across the notes to collect them and lockpick the chests three times to open them:
- Brown circles on the map represent chests, and yellow circles represent the notes. You can earn up to four points here as well: one for loading in, two for completing objectives, and one for surviving.
The Forest
Moving on to the Forest map, which is smaller and easier to navigate. Here, you’ll need to light 12 torches and clean up nine trash piles. The trash piles are all in the cabin—three at the bottom and six at the top—and the torches are spread out along the hill path. You can gain up to four points here: one for loading in, two for completing objectives, and one for surviving.
Pillar’s Drainage System
Next up is the Pillar Drainage system, which is another simple map. The objectives are to press eight buttons and turn four valves. All the buttons and valves are in the corners of the map, so you can just head straight there to complete them. You can earn up to four points here too, with the same point breakdown as the other maps.
The Pillar
Next up is The Pillars, a fairly simple and small map that makes it easy to earn points quickly. The objectives on this map are:
- Activate nine buttons
- Clean four vents
Here’s the breakdown:
- Buttons: These work the same way as in the last map, so once you’ve familiarized yourself with their locations, you’ll be able to activate them easily. Just head to each button and press it.
- Vents: To clean the vents, you’ll need to double-click the dirty splotches on each vent. These splotches are located in the corners of the map, so just focus on cleaning them to complete the objective.
Once you’ve completed the objectives, you can earn up to four points for your killer count:
- One point for loading into the match
- Two points for completing the objectives
- One point for surviving the match
This map is great for a quick point boost since everything is relatively close together and easy to complete. Stay focused, clean the vents, hit the buttons, and you’ll rack up those points in no time!
Oni’s Mansion
Then we have Oni’s Mansion. This map only has one objective: collect seven keys. It’s spread over two floors—two keys on the upper floor (one behind a tree, one on top of a bed) and five on the bottom floor. This map can earn you up to three points: one for loading in, one for completing the objective, and one for surviving.
Baldi’s Schoolhouse
Now, let’s move on to Baldi’s Schoolhouse. The objectives here are to pop five balloons and solve six questions. The balloons are linked to glitched-out Baldis, and when you click them, your screen will glitch. You’ll need to pop all five balloons and answer math questions in notebooks around the map. The overview I’ve drawn shows the balloons in pink and the notebooks in blue. You can earn up to four points here as well.
TJOC
Finally, we have the TJOC map. The objectives are to deliver eight memories and clean up seven trash piles. You’ll interact with the trash by spamming two buttons, and the memories are marked in light blue on my map. You can earn up to four points here too, with the same point breakdown.
Wrap-Up
I hope this guide has helped you better understand the monster system and given you the tools to rack up points quicker, so you can get the Killer faster in Pillar Chase 2! If you have questions or concerns regarding the guide, feel free to leave them in the comments. I’ll get back to you as soon as I see your message.
