So, let’s dive in and check out the top Pals you’ll want to have for each role in the Feybreak update!

Best Pals for Each Job in the Endgame | Feybreak

In Palworld, your efficiency is directly tied to the Pals you choose for various jobs. By selecting the right companions, you can:

  • Maximize resource collection for crafting and upgrades.
  • Save time and food resources by minimizing downtime.
  • Achieve a more seamless and enjoyable gameplay experience.

As the game’s difficulty increases, having the best options for each job can make or break your progress. Whether you’re managing a sprawling plantation or going into dungeons, your Pals will always be your ultimate allies in the game.

That said, here are the best Pals for each Job in the endgame of Palworld!

Electric Pal

The standout remains Orserk, with its Level 4 Electric skill. A new addition, Azurmane, also has Electric Level 4 but falls short in secondary skills like handiwork and transport. Secondary skills are crucial for Electric Pals due to their lower uptime when working with electricity. When choosing an Electric Pal, prioritize those with complementary abilities to maximize overall efficiency.

Fire Pal

The Kindling Pal Blazamut Ryu has been buffed to Level 4, making it stronger than Jormuntide Ignis, though Ignis is still easier to acquire. Ryu requires either egg hatching or a visit to Dr. Brawn, and by the time you get it, Ignis will likely already be maxed and serving well. If you’re looking for raw power and have the patience, Blazamut Ryu is worth the effort.

Mining Pals

No changes here. Astegon continues to dominate due to its 100% uptime in mining tasks, making it the go-to option for nocturnal mining. Reliable and efficient, Astegon ensures a steady supply of resources, even when you’re offline or focused on other tasks.

Lumbering Pals

The newly added Celesdir has Level 4 Lumbering, but Shroomer Noct remains a better choice. Lumbering demand drops off in the late game, so it’s more efficient to use Shroomer Noct for lumbering and enjoy their added partner skill, which boosts base sanity. For a balanced approach, Shroomer Noct’s versatility is hard to beat.

Cooling Pals

Bastigor is easier to breed compared to Frostallion, which you can catch with a Yakumo. Bastigor also consumes less food, making it a more efficient choice for the freezer. For the refrigerator, the differences between the two are negligible. Secondary skills like lumbering and mining typically take precedence, so cooling isn’t as critical. If you’re tight on resources, Bastigor is a solid pick.

Handiwork Pals

The new Splatterina has a lower food bar (2) compared to Anubis (6), resulting in only 57% uptime on food buffs like Salad. Anubis is generally better for default work modes. On higher work modes, Splatterina’s lower food consumption becomes an advantage. However, Handiwork tasks in the late game are so fast that uptime differences are less impactful. Choose based on your gameplay style and resource availability.

Plantation Pals

For plantations, Prunelia increases yield per cycle, while Lullu boosts growth speed. Both are excellent to keep as base Pals, and eventually, you can max planting and gathering skills with apply technique books. Until then, Lyleen and Frostallion Noct are solid choices. A balanced mix (e.g., two of each) is recommended for a plantation setup.

Watering Pals

Both Jormuntide and Faleris Aqua are viable. Jormuntide is more common because it naturally chain breeds into Jormuntide Ignis during early leveling and breeding. While Faleris Aqua is slightly better on paper, Jormuntide is sufficient for most tasks and consumes less food. If you’re looking for simplicity and reliability, Jormuntide won’t disappoint.

Transport Pals

Transport Pals don’t benefit from work speed buffs, so food efficiency and passive abilities like nocturnal are key. Vanwyrm is an excellent budget option—easily caught in bulk, naturally nocturnal, and with Level 3 Transport. For advanced setups, you can replace transport Pals with faster options like Mimog (after obtaining technique books).

Wrapping Up

With the right Pals by your side, your journey through Palworld can become not only efficient but also incredibly rewarding. Each Pal brings something unique to the table, and optimizing their roles makes sure you’re always on top of the game. Remember, the best strategy is one that fits your playstyle and priorities. So, experiment, adapt, and most importantly, have fun exploring everything the game has to offer!
