In Sniper Elite Resistance, players are given a large sandbox map where they can complete objectives and eliminate targets however they want to. These maps also feature collectables scattered all around that you can collect. One such mission is the Sonderzuge Sabotage mission.
If you’re a completionist or want the medal, you’ll want to get your hands on all of them. So, in this guide, we’ll be showing you all the collectibles that you can obtain in mission 3. Without further delay, let’s get into it!
All Mission 3 Sonderzüge Sabotage Collectibles
There are a total of 19 collectables that you can obtain in the Sonderzuge Sabotage map. You can collect them in any order. We’ll also be starting out from the Terrace starting location which is the one that is already unlocked.
When you start getting these collectibles, we recommend that you clear out all the enemies in each of the locations we mention before getting them. This will ensure that you can collect them without enemies getting the way. After all, this mission has a lot of enemies.
If you haven’t gotten the collectibles in the previous mission, check out our all mission 2 collectibles guide!

And with that, you’ll have obtained all 19 of the collectables in Sonderzuge Sabotage. There are cardboard pigeons that you can shoot down too but they are not necessary for the collectibles.
However, they will allow you to get the Wing Wing Situation Medal which you might be interested in as a completionist. So, we’ll show you the locations of them too – and you’ll need to shoot down 10 of them for the medal.
You can also check out our dedicated wing wing situation medal guide.
Cardboard Pigeon Location #1
The first cardboard pigeon can be found by first heading to the location on the Sonderzuge Sabotage map below.
You’ll find yourself near a staircase that overlooks the map below. Zoom with your sniper towards the low roof in the place shown below. You’ll be able to spot the pigeon there.
Cardboard Pigeon Location #2
For the next pigeon, make your way to the location shown below on the Sniper Elite Resistance map.
When you’re in this spot, make sure to hide in the grass if you don’t want to get spotted. There will be a small building with a Nazi poster that a guard will be staring at.
Use your sniper scope to look towards the column of the fence on the left of the building. You should be able to see the pigeon on it.
Cardboard Pigeon Location #3
Next up, make your way towards the indicated location below.
This will take you to one of the ends of the train yard which is where one of the objectives is as well. From the train tracks, look towards the building directly in front of you. The pigeon will be on top of the roof of a small shed.
Cardboard Pigeon Location #4
The next pigeon location we’ll be looking at will allow you to get multiple cardboard pigeons. So, make your way to the area shown below.
Start by looking towards the main bridge on the map. From here, slowly turn the camera left and you’ll see a small building. The pigeon will be on the roof of the building.
Cardboard Pigeon Location #5
From the previous pigeon location, walk a few meters opposite from the bridge. Look to the right and you’ll see a large building with Nazi banners. This is the same building with Claude La Ronde who’s the main target.
Aim the sniper rifle at the spot on the roof shown below and you should see the tail of the pigeon sticking out. If you can’t get a good shot, you can just find another angle on the roof and shoot it from there!
Halfway there to the Wing Wing Situation Medal!
Cardboard Pigeon Location #6
In the exact same spot as the previous pigeon, look towards the left where the docks are. There will be a small building here. Aim your scope at the spot shown below and you’ll spot another pigeon!
Cardboard Pigeon Location #7
Stay in the same spot and instead now look down the road that you are on. Use your scope to look towards the outpost shown below.
This outpost is quite far so you could move a bit closer. But you should be able to spot the cardboard pigeon on the roof.
Cardboard Pigeon Location #8
Next, we’ll be heading to the location shown below which will take you to the main bridge in Sonderzuge Sabotage.
On the bridge, you should be able to find a railing spot on the left. From here, look towards the building on the docks. Aim at the roof and you’ll find the cardboard pigeon there.
Cardboard Pigeon Location #9
The next cardboard pigeon can be found by going towards the map location shown below.
When you arrive here, you should see that you are near a gate. In front of the gate, there will be a small newspaper stand with the Bill News sign on it. The paper pigeon will be on top of it, ready to be shot.
Just one more to go!
Cardboard Pigeon Location #10
For the final cardboard pigeon, make your way to the location shown below. This is the same hotel where you need to find clues of the Superweapon.
At the front of the hotel, is a small courtyard garden. Make your way to it and look at the column shown below. The pigeon will be on top of the column. Shoot it down and you’ll have obtained the Wing Wing Situation Medal!
That’s everything you need to know about getting all the Mission 3 collectibles in Sonderzuge Sabotage for Sniper Elite Resistance. Hopefully, you’ll be able to deal with the enemies as they can be quite difficult on this map. Be sure to get the medal too if you want to complete everything.
