The new update for Rune Slayer on Roblox has all sorts of new content for you to enjoy. Besides a whole host of changes, we have new bosses, events, races and so much more. Not to mention the new set of weapons that you can get. Besides some amazing weapons, you can also get access to vampire sanguine weapons, that match perfectly with the new Vampire race. Want to see what each weapon offers – and how you can obtain them? Not to worry, we have you covered. In this guide, we’ll be going over all the sanguine weapons so you can get them after the update. Without further delay, let’s get into it!
All Vampire Sanguine Weapons
There are a total of 5 vampire sanguine weapons that you can acquire in Rune Slayer. These weapons are separate from the Sanguinaire – which is the best katana in the game yet.
Obtaining the Sanguinaire is actually really difficult. We go over it in detail with a AFK farming strat to make it easier in our sanguinaire guide!
It’s also important to keep in mind that the sanguine weapons can drop from multiple vampire NPCs. While we may mention the main ones by name, we have seen other players get them from other vampires too!
Additionally, these Vampire NPCs are not guaranteed to be at the locations. These Vampire NPCs spawn at random times – and unfortunately despawn fairly quickly!
Weapon #1 – Sanguine Blade
Starting off, we have the Sanguine Blade, which as a sword doesn’t really look to special aesthetics wise. It has the following stats:
- Level: 35
- Physical Damage: 12
- +8 Strength
- +8 Spirit.
Additionally, the Sanguine Blade has the following passives:
- Chance on hit to make your target bleed
Obtainment Method: Can be obtained as a random drop from the Vampire NPC: Vangar The Slayer. He spawns randomly near the beastman camp in Bahlgár.

Weapon #2 – Sanguine Thorn
The Sanguine Thorn is a dagger that offers the following stats in Rune Slayer:

- +3.5% Crit Chance
- +5% Holy Resistance
Additionally, the Sanguine Thorn provides the following passives:
- Chance on hit to make your target bleed
Obtainment Method: Randomly drops from the Vampire NPC: Karlor the Obscured. Karlor is an NPC that spawns in the north-east side of the Greatwood Forest, between the Basalisk and the entrance to the withered thicket

Weapon #3 – Sanguine Greatbow

- Level: 40
- Physical Damage: 14

Obtainment Method: Has a random chance to drop from all the Vampire NPCs.

Weapon #4 – Sanguine Greatsword
The Sanguine Greatsword is a greatsword that offers the following stats in Rune Slayer:

Obtainment Method: Randomly drops from the Vampire NPC: Ferdinand, The Rogue Brute.

Weapon #5 – Sanguine Ken
The Sanguine Ken offers the following stats in Rune Slayer:
- Level: 35
- Physical Damage: 14
- +8 Strength
- +18 Agility
- +8 Stamina
- +2% Holy Resistance.
Additionally, the Sanguine Ken provides the following passives:
- Chance on hit to make your target bleed
Obtainment Method: Randomly drops from the Vampire NPC: Draul. He can be found near a tree in the Withered Thicket. This is the same NPC that you can kill to obtain the Sanguinaire – with this weapon actually being one of the requirements to craft it.

That’s everything you need to know about all the vampire sanguine weapons added with the new update to Rune Slayer. Now you know how to get them all. Unfortunately, you will need to grind for them – not to mention actually be able to find the NPCs since they spawn so rarely. They can be quite powerful too as the bleed effect allows you to do additional damage!
