If you’re into fast combos, hard-hitting cursed-style martial arts, and high-pressure PvP in Aether Adventure, Yuji Itadori’s moveset is definitely worth checking out. It’s smooth, it’s satisfying, and it looks clean, but is it strong enough to carry you through the grind? That’s what we’re here to find out. In this guide, I’ll show you how to unlock Cursed Fist, what materials you’ll need, where to get them, and I’ll also include a quick showcase of the moves so you know exactly what you’re working for.

How to Get Yuji Itadori & Showcase

Cursed Fist (Yuji Itadori) isn’t flashy like Rimuru or CID Atomic, but it’s tight, clean, and built for brawler mains who like to get up close and punch their way through anything.

It shines in:

  • PvP, thanks to solid burst and pressure combos
  • Solo bosses, where you can stick close and land consistent hits
  • Early to mid-game farming, because of its ease of use and simple playstyle

It’s also a great choice if you’re tired of sword-style kits and want something that just… throws hands.

But heads up, getting it requires a bit of grinding. You’ll need to collect cursed fragments from mobs in the Jujutsu Kaisen area of the game, and you’ll be farming different types of curses to gather enough materials. It’s a grind, yeah, but if you enjoy Strength-based brawlers, it’s absolutely worth the effort.

Requirements to Unlock & Get Yuji Itadori / Cursed Fist

There’s only one method to unlock this moveset, but it’s a bit of a grind. Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Level 250
  • 350 Gems
  • 100 Cursed Fragments B – From Weak Kaisen Curse
  • 100 Cursed Fragments A – From Kaisen Curse
  • 100 Cursed Fragments S – From Strong Kaisen Curse

Once you’ve gathered all of the above, head to the Cursed Fist Shrine location and interact with the Cursed Style Trainer NPC to unlock the moveset. NOTE: All mobs are found on the JJK area of the game.

Tip: The gem cost is the biggest wall for some players, so make sure you’re doing your daily quests, event missions, and checking the shop for gem packs when available. If you’re farming cursed enemies for fragments anyway, you’ll eventually get there!

Yuji Itadori (Cursed Fist) Moveset Showcase

Let’s go over what Cursed Fist looks like in action:

  • Basic M1 Combo: Fast, clean hits with a satisfying rhythm. It’s nothing too flashy, but it definitely holds up in PvP thanks to its responsiveness.
  • C Move – AoE Slam: A big ground-smash AoE move. Super useful for wave clearing or catching groups in PvE.
  • X Move – Burst Strike: Solid burst damage with fast startup. This one’s great for combo finishing or trading hits in PvP duels.
  • Z Move – Combo Starter: Quick, powerful, and flashy, you can use this to start combos or follow up after M1 chains. One of my favorites in the kit.

Strength Scaling & Damage Notes

Here’s something important to keep in mind: Cursed Fist scales with your Strength stat. That means it’s not affected by weapon stats or powers, so invest in raw Strength if you want the best results.

From testing: Cursed Fist looks great, but its raw damage can feel a bit underwhelming if you don’t build around Strength properly. It’s not going to out-damage CID Atomic or a combo-extending Staff user, but in the right build? It definitely holds its own.

Wrap-Up: Is Cursed Fist Worth It?

If you’re someone who’s tired of gambling your sanity away on Gacha spins or server-hopping for moveset stock, Cursed Fist is honestly a breath of fresh air. It’s not as flashy as CID Atomic or Rimuru, but it makes up for it with clean brawler-style combat, reliable combos, and solid performance in both PvP and solo PvE.

While it won’t carry you through endgame on its own, it’s a satisfying and grounded moveset for players who prefer grinding mobs and collecting materials over praying to the RNG gods. If you enjoy getting up close, landing punches, and working toward something bit by bit, Cursed Fist is absolutely worth unlocking, and way less frustrating to farm than the luck-based alternatives.
