Arise Crossover on Roblox currently has the 2025 Halloween Event still actively going on. While Halloween has long past, there are still some rewards up for grabs. This includes the elusive and difficult to get Halloween Monarch Title. To get this title, you need to get all the items from the Halloween Event – which you can guess is very difficult. There are also some items that you don’t need while others that you do which makes the requirements a whole mess. Not to worry, we have you covered. We’ll go over everything you need to know to claim this powerful title before the event finishes. Let’s get into it!

How To Get The Halloween Monarch Title

The Halloween Monarch title is an exclusive title obtained by collecting every item from the Halloween Event in Arise Crossover. It gives you the following active buffs:

+15 Weapons Level
+55 Shadow Level
+25% Experience Buff
+300% Shadow damage
+600% Weapon Damage
+25% Drop Chance
+25% RankUp Luck.

This makes it arguably one of the best titles currently in the game. Besides that you also get a flaming aura that will help you stand out from everyone in the lobby.

Before we get into the things you need, here is a list of items that you do not need for the Halloween Monarch Title:

Gravewing Bat (Mount) from the wheel
Amethyst Ash Blade Skin and Shadow Hydra from the AFK Rewards

Next, we’ll be going through the detailed list of items that you need from each sub-event. Keep in mind that some items can be obtained in multiple ways. So, you can go with whichever one is easier.

Also, if you cannot claim the title after you get all the items – chances are you missed an item.

Halloween Raid

There are two Halloween Monarch Shadows that you must get as part of the title requirements. These have different requirements compared to the other Halloween Event shadows.

Starting off, we have the Haloween Monarch Shadow (with one L in the name). You can obtain this in one of two ways:

Going to the Halloween Craft NPC and using your other shadows
Crafting the Halloween Raid Key and having it in your Inventory at the end of the raid.

The other shadow is the Halloween Monarch Shadow – which is the only U limited shadow. You can also get this from the Halloween Raid.

However, you will need to have two items in your Inventory to claim it. You need the Halloween Fragment which is obtained at Level 150 of the battle pass and also have the Halloween Raid Key.

This shadow can only be obtained once while the other shadow can be obtained as many times as needed.

You can also get the following weapons from the Halloween Raid:

Crimson Fangs
- Only requires Halloween Raid Key
Darkbringer
- Requires Halloween Raid Key & Level 150 Halloween Fragment

Level 150 Halloween Fragment Arise Crossover

Storm Break Event

Starting off, you will need the following items from the Storm Break Event:

Accessories
- Pumpkin Cape
- Witch Hat
- Bone Armor

Storms occur every 30 minutes in-game time. They last for 15 minutes and occur on a random island. We recommend that you go to World One and farm it there since you’ll face less overpowered players there.

Arlecchino Ziru (Key Dungeon)

Additionally, you also need the following items from the Arlecchino Ziru (Key Dungeon):

Accessories
- Cursed Sword
- Midnight Cape
- Demon Relic
- Ghoul Mask
Relics
- Cosmic Insight
- Veil of Vengeance

To get access to this dungeon, you will need to craft the Arlecchino Key, which can be made with the following materials:

Common Dust x150
Common Key x1
Spooky Shards x75.

Franken Gonshee (World Boss)

Next, we have the items that can drop by defeating the Franken Gonshee World Boss in the World Boss Arena:

He spawns in the World Boss Arena at every XX:00, XX:20 and XX:40 minute mark of the hour. For this, we recommend either AFKing overnight or server hopping i.e. killing him one server and going to another server to kill him.

Keep in mind that he can spawn in both World One and World Two.

Pumpkin Event

After that, we have the items that you can get from the Pumpkin Event:

The Pumpkin Event is the random pumpkins that randomly spawn every 2 minutes on every island. We recommend doing this in World One if you’re on a public server as there will be less people here.

They have a soft pity attached to them that make it easier to get them. So, all you need to do is keep collecting them.

Cemetery Rush Game Mode

Here are the items that you need to get from the Cemetery Rush game mode:

- Eternal Ticket (Cemetery Rush Easy)
- Performer’s Garb (Cemetery Rush Normal)
- Laughing Mask (Cemetery Rush Hard)
- Carnival Halo (Cemetery Rush Insane)

In order to collect anything from the Cemetery Rush or Boss Rush modes, you need to defeat Wave 100. After that, you will have a chance to get these items.

The Hospital Rush raid is located on the Halloween Event island and is a giant purple portal that spawns at every XX:00 and XX:30 mark of the hour.

Here are the items that you can get from the the Infinite Labyrinth floors:

- Curtain of the Fallen Show (Floor 70 Drop).

- Fang of the Moon (Floor 25 Drop)
- Abyssal Core (Floor 50 Drop)
- Thread of Fate (Floor 75 Drop)

You can start this mode by simply interacting with the NPC.

Spooky Shop

Here are the items that you can buy from the Spooky Shop for the Halloween Event:

Spooky Pass

Here are the items that you can get from the Spooky Battle Pass for the Halloween Event:

If you see a green checkmark next to the items, it means you have claimed them.

Halloween Island

Last, but not least, we have all the skins that you need for the Halloween Monarch title.

The Shadow Fang skin can be obtained as a Day 3 Daily Reward for the Halloween Event. This is the only weapon skin that you will need.
