War Thunder has these fantastic events that will allow all the players to gain some very cool and unique vehicles. In this Summer Quest Event, you will actually be able to get all the old vehicles that you weren’t able to get in the last events which sound fantastic! But when you find out what you’ll need to do in order to get them you’ll be surprised. Let’s see.

Details + Overview & New Gambling Mechanics | Summer Quest Event Is Coming – War Thunder

The event that was called in the past Operation Summer is finally upon us with the name of Summer Quest! This is the good old and well-known grinding Summer Event. It takes time from August 9th until August 29th.

This time instead of 6 vehicles, we will have the option to have 4 vehicles. These are those 4 vehicles that we can use for this event.

Because of the lack of vehicles maybe (last time there were 6 now there are 4) we are getting the Summer Cocktail Crates and the opportunity to win previous Summer Vehicles. There is a huge list of what you can win. There are tons of vehicles that you can unlock!

This is the list of all the things that you can win. As you can see you can get all of them that you weren’t able to get from the previous events Making this event very interesting and worthwhile indeed.

Some have a bigger chance than others of course. Even the IS-7 is achievable here but as you can see the chances are extremely low. That doesn’t mean that there’s still not a chance though! If you haven’t started this event, now is better than never!

A very interesting thing about this event is that all of the top vehicles you can get at 8 stars. This is a little bit earlier than the previous and they are untradable. This means that this will be a more expensive set of vehicles because you aren’t able to trade them in.

Because they are not available on the market, you cannot buy the vehicles that you might want. You will instead, and the developers want this probably, need to grind and grind and grind. So buckle up because this is how you’ll get the vehicle rewards that you’ll want.

You will need to earn up to 10 of the maximum stars. You earn them differently too. This time you’ll need to get 40.000 points in order to get the Mark of Distinction in random battles from rank 3 in random vehicles. And that’s 40k for each (planes, tanks, ships)!

This means that every day you’ll need a total score of 120.000 as a minimum in order to get these points needed. This is definitely the grindiest out of all the events ever.

That is it! We hope that this guide made it clear for you and wish you good luck with that 0.1% in getting some vehicles! A big thank you to Tankenstein from YouTube for going over the details. You can check him out here to find out more.
