To get something working in Genshin Impact you will sometimes have to be a mechanic yourself. This is the case with the big Branch too. You will have to locate the Leaves all around this area and turn them towards the Branch to get it working. Where are they though? Well, worry not. Make The Three Leaves in The Dream Turn Towards The Branch Guide – Genshin Impact

For this one, you will have to locate a total of 3 leaves and turn them all towards the big tree, or the Branch in the middle.

This is the first Leaf that you will find. You will need to hit Rotate only once for this to be in the correct direction.

The second Leaf will be right after you zap in the middle. You can see it on your left. You will need to hit Rotate twice in total to be able to turn it successfully.

For the third one, you will have to jump and get down to the bottom floor. You will see the Leaf as you’re gliding through the air on your left side. You will have to hit Rotate once on this one to be properly turned towards the Branch.

Once you finish all three of there, you will get the job done. Congratulations! Keep in mind that when you go for the last Leaf there will be a bunch of high-level enemies down there. So prepare yourself for a fight.
