Picking a class or a job in an RPG can be a troublesome process for some people, especially when it’s their first time playing the game. Some people tend to gravitate to something familiar, for example some people like playing a warrior, while others like magic casters or healers. TorchLight Infinite is the newest game out there that has multiple heroes to pick and in this guide on choosing a hero, we’ll hopefully help you pick one best suited for you!
Guide On Choosing A Hero In TorchLight: Infinite
There are 5 different heroes in to pick from in TorchLight Infinite and most of them have unique playstyles to choose from. There are some heroes that are simple with strong attacks and survivability while there’s others that focus on DPS, minion control and other things. We’ll list the 5 characters and their playstyles so that you can make your choice easier.
Berserker Rehan
The simple, hit things with a big stick hard class. The Berserker can get more rage as they attack or get damaged and this rage can buff him further to get more and more damage with increased attack speed. You can’t hit things hard if you’re slow though so entering rage also boosts your movement speed a lot so you can be a freight train of pain in the battlefield.
Divineshot Carino
For those who like guns, like style and like killing things from afar then this hero is for you. Carino is a great choice for those who like ranged characters and it’s even more fun since they can have different ammo types and ammo combos to help you in fights.
Frostfire Gemma
Fire and Ice, we’ve all seen it mix before. No? Just me? Anyway Gemma is for those people who like magic in their ARPGs, chucking out spells and filling the screen with as much projectiles as possible. Using Fire and Ice skills will give you specific buffs with either of the elements letting you juggle what you need to turn the game into a bullet hell for the enemy.
Spacetime Witness Youga
An interesting character that has a look of a futuristic and magical monk. Youga can create illusions through the power of Spacetime and use it to help fight with you. A class for those who like to do combos in their skills as well as making your own friends with illusions.
Commander Moto
Speaking of making friends, Commander Moto literally makes his friends. If you’re a fan of standing pretty as a mob of your own making destroys everything around you without you doing anything than this is the hero for you. It focuses on using minions to dominate the battlefield and they look pretty cool too.
