The recipe for Fish Sandwich is actually really simple, and it only requires two ingredients: any fish + Wheat. You can catch fish at the pond with Goofy, or you can fish at the beach. For Wheat, you can get that by harvesting it. Once you have both ingredients, head to your home and place any fish you caught and one Wheat.
