A new Disney game is out and it’s Disney Dreamlight Valley! This neat little game has you interact with a bunch of famous Disney Movie characters like Wall-E and Moana where you can have fun with them and even do quests for them. These quests can be quite interesting where there are long quest lines spanning multiple steps, while others are quite easy and only need you to fetch some items. In the quest “Fixing The Boat” you’ll need to gather materials to fix the boat for Moana, and in this guide, we’ll show you how!
Fixing The Boat Quest Guide For Disney Dreamlight Valley
There are plenty of quests in this game but as you’ll notice most of the games here are simple fetch quests, Fixing the Boat is no different as you’ll need to gather a bunch of materials for Moana. The first of the materials are Softwood, which is the easiest one to get since you can get it from any tree in the map.
The one that can be a bit tricky is Fiber, since you’ll need to get seaweed to make them. To get seaweed the best way is to go to the beach and do some fishing. It’s better if you bring a character with you that likes fishing. Once you’re there you’ll need to fish somewhere that doesn’t have a ring around it. Since usually these spots get you fish, we don’t want fish we want seaweed. So, avoid the white, blue and/or red fishing spots and just fish somewhere else, you might still get fish but there’s a higher chance you’ll get seaweed.
Once you get a bunch of seaweed you can then craft them into Fiber. One seaweed will make 5 fibers so you’ll only need a few.
The last thing on the list is Pink Hydrangea which can be found around the grassy parts of the beach. You’ll find them as a bunch of pink flowers and you’ll just need to pick them up.
After getting all the items you’ll then need to craft a few items. To be exact you’ll need to craft 4 ropes, 3 Rustic Wooden Case, and 3 Baskets. You should have all the materials needed to make them so just go ahead and make the materials.
Once you craft all of that just go back and talk to Moana to finish the quest!
