There are several locations where you’ll be able to find a such marketplace. You can open up your map and you can see it even marked as a Shop option.
Another way of getting Cotton is simply traveling around the world. Mostly in forests area, you are able to find Cotton laying on the ground.
This might seem like a glitch because just a limited number of players have been able to find it and they haven’t found cotton on the ground ever since. So if you are one of those lucky ones you can give this a try and look around.
Other than that, the stall is your go-to place for Cotton. It only costs around 30 coins to get which makes it a fairly cheap item to produce and have.
The location where you will be able to find this stall is in the Sunlit Plateau. You will want to go to the center-west side of the map and just keep following the main road. Then at the crossroads is where you’ll find this.
Then of course, after you have bought it you will need to plant it. You can plant it wherever on your seeds field that you have dug out. They will need occasional watering, usually around 2-3 times for them to grow up.
After they grow up you can go next to them to pick them and you’ll have Cotton!
