How To Get A Second Floor To Your House In Disney Dreamlight Valley

Building the perfect house is always a challenge. What aesthetic are you going for? What kind of color should the walls be? What kind of color should the OUTSIDE walls be? Do we need this many furniture? Maybe this is overkill? Houses are hard to make perfect, because you are going to be devoting some time out of your life to make the perfect house. Which is why Disney Dreamlight Valley just lets you design the interior, rather than the exterior. You can also get a second floor to your house if you want. This guide will show you how.

Disney Dreamlight Valley – How to Get a Second Floor to Your House

To add a second floor to your house, you need to upgrade the first floor before anything else. Opening the House Expansion menu, you will first see that you the option to expand, meaning you can add 3 additional rooms besides the main room you are in. Getting all additional rooms will then unlock the option to add a floor, which you can see on the right side of the House Expansion menu.

After getting the second floor, exit the House Expansion menu and step on the platform again. Interacting with it will show you that you now have 2 floors in your house. You can get a 3^rd floor using the same method, but the cost increases.
