FIFA 23 is out! It is what everybody was waiting for for a very long time and it certainly does have its issues, but at the same time, it offers much newer things that nobody expected. In this guide, we will be talking about a new such thing as the passes. Let’s see how they work in the new FIFA and how you can activate them.

New Passes Guide – FIFA 23

The first new feature that you can notice in FIFA 23 is the passing. It is something that is highly used in football and probably will be the most used thing in FIFA 23 as well. That is why it is crucial to know how this new system works.

Now with the new system, you are able to do moves much smoother and more effectively. One of those passing moves that you could have done previously, but now can be much easier, is the outside the foot pass.

To do this move all you’ll have to do is hold down the L2 Button or the LT button(Xbox) and then you just do the pass button. It is as simple as that. You are able to do this pass right now and to fool your enemy team player.

You can combine this with all sorts of passes in the game. You can do a lob pass, or a regular pass, wall pass and etc. Just hold the button and you can do this new pass.

Make sure to do this new pass only with players that have high accuracy. This is much more important in FIFA23 than it was in FIFA22. You will look for the outside the foot trait in players to do this more effectively.

There is also an extended Crossing Zone that will allow you to do much more effective high-powered passes. This was inspired by famous players like Xavi with his amazing passes. You are able to do it too

This will make it much easier for you to pass balls inside the box than before.

That’s everything you need to know about the New Passes in FIFA 23. We hope that this guide was useful and provided you with some extra information about how to pass. Good luck being a team-based player!
